Boating Paradise: For those who appreciate the call of the open water, Bayview 20 is a haven. Boat trailers can be parked under the unit, along with ONE vehicle. T-tops will not fit due to the height restrictions. There is NO available trailer parking otherwise on the property. This property does have a designated boat slip and can fit up to a 30-foot boat. Guests are responsible for finding off-site parking if their trailer and vehicle don't fit. There are multiple options in the area. Additionally, our outstanding pier offers not only excellent fishing opportunities but also a serene spot for basking in the warm Southern Alabama sun. To cool off, the complex features a sparkling pool where you can relax with your family and create lasting memories.
Proximity to Wolf Bay: While Wolf Bay is the immediate body of water at your doorstep, the famous white sandy beaches of Alabama are just a quick five-minute drive away. Enjoy the best of both worlds, with opportunities for boating and beachcombing.
Convenient Entertainment: For dining and entertainment, you're within easy reach of popular destinations. The Wharf, a vibrant entertainment complex, is less than a three-mile drive away. The new OWA amusement park and shops are just under 10 miles from the complex. Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of two vehicles. One being included in your reservation total.
Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Winter Season Reservations: Please note that reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
