Lovely cottage. Quiet neighborhood.Beasley (dog) loved the fenced- in yard.Owner was great. He took the time to come help me with the TV and gave some names of good restaurants. The food was excellent.

We loved our stay at Royce's home! Fantastic location, very comfortable layout and furnishings, excellent parking arrangements, wonderfully dog friendly, and a great backyard. We even had convenient access to a freshwater hose for rinsing scuba gear after two days of diving. We very much appreciated the ease of access and Royce's clear/quick communication. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this house. We would gladly come back a rent it again. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it’s a quick drive to the beach! Love Love Love this place!!

Great location!!

We loved our visit. The location during a very busy time Memorial weekend made our trip very enjoyable!! The neighborhood beach along with the neighborhood boat launch was so nice to have just a short walk from the house.

Excellent stay at Osprey Watch!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Osprey watch. Royce was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The neighbors were also really nice and had great suggestions of stuff to do in the area. All in all I would recommend as a great family vacation house.

Second time staying at this sweet little pet friendly home & love it! Very clean & cozy, the neighborhood is quiet & great for walking with your pet. The backyard is fenced in which is great for those bringing pets. The Avenue Pub is within walking distance where you can enjoy food & drinks while looking out over the bay. Will definitely be back.
