Other features include a 2nd floor private balcony with a view of Wolf Bay as well as a Carport. Master bedroom includes private bath with tub/shower combo and king size bed with TV/DVD. Guest bedroom includes one queen and one twin bed with TV. Second bath with stand up shower is off living room.

Thanksgiving vacation

A great location in a quiet neighborhood. This was our first time booking a rental and we couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. It was clean , comfortable and convenient. I was able to maintain and accommodate my family’s needs during our stay. We definitely plan to stay again.

We enjoyed everything except the cleanliness of the apartment. I wish I could sue whoever cleaned the apartment and get my money back. ( That is the cleaning money I paid) Everything else was great.

Wonderful long weekend at this property

Love the location, close to all our favorite places. The size and layout of this rental is perfect, includes all the appliances you might need and a nice patio for morning coffee with a view of the bay. This place also has a pool, we didn’t get to use this trip (weather did not permit) but hopefully on our next stay.

This property is in a great location. A short walk to the property pool. Not too far from the beaches, which gets you just enough away if you dont want to stay right on the beach. All around a great place to stay. Lots of comfort!

Very nice property. Comes with everything you could possibly need. Only had to buy coffee, pop, and food. You may want to bring a 3 way bright lamp bulb as lamp lighting too low to sit and read book. Beautiful waterfront with nice benches to sit by water. Close to everything! Will come again.

This condo was inviting,well decorated,spacious and clean.It was a joy to stay here.When i first walked in the door i literally jumped for joy at how well it was kept and also that i" didn't" have to go to the local store and buy cleaning supplies and clean it before staying, like i have had to do at places we have stayed in Missouri.Thank you, Chase for letting us stay here and for a great place to stay on my first trip, out of state.It was truly a pleasure.

Great Property!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The beach decor made us feel cozy & loved sitting on the deck. Everyone was friendly who lived there. It's within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants & a quick drive to The Wharf which was perfect for us as we went to a concert there. The condo neighborhood is on the bay side & had a nice view of the sunset. The pool was perfect & a short walk from this condo. It was a quick drive to the Cotton Bayou public beach access which was not crowded at all while we were there. We would certainly rent from Chase again to come to this condo.
