Close to beach and property pools. Enjoyable stay! Better shower heads and fixing master bedroom fans are only suggestions.

Needs work

Property is very outdated and in need of some repairs. Property also had not been fully cleaned. The location was excellent but I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this property to anyone.

Great place for the family, will likely return.

Very clean room with everything you need to stay in your room without going out much. The room is very comfortable and quiet with the balcony looking right over 1 of the three pools so you can keep watch on the kids from the room. A very short walk to the beach so it's not a big hassle if you forget something and need to go back. Would likely stay here again and again.

Comfortable and spacious

We loved this property! The two bed/two bath made our stay so comfortable allowing for privacy to wind down after long days on the white sandy beach. The AC was such a welcome relief after hours in the sun. There was plenty of room to stretch out and the kitchen had everything we needed. We bookmarked this unit and would love to return next summer.

Outstanding Location, Budget Friendly

This property is right by the beach and has several amenities like a separate kiddie pool, lap pool, tennis court, charcoal grills, and 2 additional family fun pools. However, the property is older and could use some maintenance upgrades. Our condo could use a total remodel BUT the price was right. The location can’t be beat and that was our first priority.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condos unit 126. The owners were easy to work with! Unit was a great size and well equipped. The only thing that we noticed was the walls, ceilings and trim could use a little work or freshening up. Other than that the unit was VERY clean and we LOVED having a washer and dryer in the unit. Will certainly stay here again. Very nice atmosphere. Thank you sooo much for our stay!!!! We truly loved it!

Home away from Home

We have stayed in Sugar Beach via Art for the 3rd time now. He is a pleasure to work it. The 2 bedroom unit has not had the amount of updates compared to his other units, but it served its purpose. Our daughter was excited to have a tv in her room and her own bathroom. The larger patio was great for hanging out and enjoying family dinners. We will be back.

Not happy

I will give a big thumbs up to the host for letting us check in early that helped us a bunch on time however, the unit, building were very dated not clean, the host sent his house keeper to reclean but she complained the whole time and didn't really do any better than it was. Probably will not stay here again.

Unit needs an upgrade

Well when I saw the previous reviews talking about the smell in the unit I never expected when we would walk into the unit that there would be four different air fresheners plugged in with a super strong odor it would give you a splitting headache obviously if you’ve got a musty smell you need to address it with more than just plug-in air freshener’s Number two the water heater is only a 20 or 25 gallon so one or two people could take a shower and then you have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for to reheat the water so the rest of your party could shower and stayed in many units in this complex and everybody had a full-size 50 gallon water heater Number three the washer and dryer are probably from the 1970s you can only wash or dry you can’t do both at the same time which is pretty odd Also you would have to run the dryer through two 90 minutes cycles to be able to dry four towels which there were only six towels bath towels total in the unit So we would have to do wash every day since my wife and 2 daughters like to have a clean towel. Also it was super filthy. Definitely need a new cleaning service. Hair stuck to everything

NOT A CLEAN PLACE

The overall cleanliness was very poor. I sent the owner photos and emails while our stay there. No response. I suggested they fire the cleaning staff because it was unacceptable. Stained bed sheets, mold in the shower, dusty fan blades, filth on the floors, black dirt on walls coming from the air ducts. I have photos on my phone but can't seem to upload them here, but I have them if needed. We had no choice but to stay our 4 days since we had already paid.

Unfortunate housekeeping to start vacation

Overall was good. When we got to our condo, it hadn't been cleaned. We called the property manager & he did give us a small refund, but we spent the first night washing sheets, bedding & towels. The common areas of the condos was all clean kept
