Spend your vacation in this cozy and relaxing Riverside 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that offers views of the gulf and the Ole River. The kitchen is modernized with granite countertops and beautiful glass tile backsplash. The plank floors offer a beachy feel and match beautifully with the beach decor. The master bedroom offers a king bed with full bath attached. The guest room features twin beds and adjoins another bath that is also accessible from the main living area. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper. The complex offers fishing and crabbing, swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis. Swim out to the sandbar and splash in the waters of the Ole River or walk across the street to the deeded access of the Gulf of Mexico. Just 1/10th of a mile from the white sands of the beach, there is a crosswalk with a traffic stop that allows for quick and easy crossing of Perdido Beach Blvd. This condo offers something for everyone!

The condo was spacious and comfortable for my family of 4. The beds were super comfortable. Access to the beach was a short walk across the road with a crosswalk. The pool was nice also. Overall stay was great!

The transaction was a pain, the host lacks communication. Place was nice, stand up shower for a skinny person. It was clean, and convenient to the beach access, parking is not for trucks under the condo. We had a great time, if we ever return we’ll know ahead of time.

The location is phenomenal my boys spent most of the time on the dock fishing and my daughter and I at the beach or pool. FYI for future visitors The indoor pool and 2nd outdoor pool are across the street at the high rise also bring EVERYTHING you need TP, coffee, condiments, ice etc. we will definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will definitely be back as regular customers. The description of the condo is accurate and the location is great!! Check-In and communication with owner is easy. The only issue I noticed, which is no fault of the owner, is that the cleaning crew does not mop the floor regularly.

Was thrilled to see there was a blender. Bring a fan if you can as the bedroom with the twins gets a bit hot because of the sun beating in on that window, but we just put a fan at the doorway and it blew more cool air into the room and made it quite comfortable. Easy walk with light to cross street to beach. Can be difficult to park large car. I drove through the towers to get a better angle as I have a ford expedition and couldn’t make the turn without doing this. You could prob. park in the other part of parking lot if didn’t work was going to ask about this.

Condo was just right size. Wish we would’ve known that the docks and on property boat parking were for owners only in advance. Maintenance man was borderline rude when telling us that we couldn’t park our boat in the trailer and boat parking area. Signs did not state owners only.

Economical but you get what you pay for

The unit was fairly clean however needed a little TLC and very dated!! The appliances were very old, bathrooms VERY tiny, mattresses slept like rocks!! Had trouble with the wifi. Glad I was only staying a few nights. The views from the balcony are very limited and the parking space was very tiny, hard to fit a Tahoe into.

Since the time of your stay, we have replaced all the mattresses with new pillow top supreme mattresses. Further, all appliances and televisions have been updated with brand new models.

Overall would stay again!

Upon arrival there was a door handle found broken but owner was quick to respond and offered to send someone out to fix it if we wished. We had another incident but owner responded quickly. Overall owner was nice and our stay went well. Good price and great location! Very close to everything, beach, restaurants, stores. The beach access is actually across the highway but you can drive across if you wish. We opted to go to the public beach a few minutes away, as the beach access for the complex was small and crowded. There are chairs and umbrellas all down that part of the beach but offered for a fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay, place just needs a little updating. :)

Great location and adorable interior!

The location of the property is great, and the inside has been renovated. The only issue inside is that the shower in one of the bathrooms is tiny, and you can barely wash your hair or body in it. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were a perfect size for our group of 5. The main problem that we encountered was that the company was putting a new roof on the building, and there were workers right outside our windows at 7 am every day. This information should be disclosed to the renters because we would not have stayed at this property if we were aware of the roofing. It was extremely loud, and there were pieces of roof and nails flying on us when we tried to sit on our balcony. Overall, the property was a great place to stay, but I would definitely make sure there is no maintenance work on the building before booking.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The replacement of the roof was slated per the COA to begin in the fall. It was supposed to be completed by the end of February. I was not aware that roofing was still being done on the property, as I don't personally visit very often. On a brighter note, I was there in early May and the roofing job was complete. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

My husband and I grew up vacationing on the gulf and the back waters of Orange Beach. We love the Ole River area. We spent many summers fishing and crabbing at the beach and laying the days away on the sugar beaches of Orange Beach. We have three children and do our best to pass our love of the ocean and outdoors along to them. We love to bring them to Lei Lani so they can enjoy all the activities that made us fall in love with this area.

Why they chose this property

We chose Lei Lani because it offers everything we love in a beach home. We have great access to the Ole River and the beach. We are able to take long walks on the beach searching endlessly for unique seashells, while at the same time crabbing and fishing from the docks. Our children enjoy swimming out to the sand bar and playing there, and paddleboarding and kayaking.
