The Space:

The perfect setting for a quiet, family getaway. This condo has a perfect view that makes you feel like you are floating just above the Gulf. Plus the location is isolated enough that you can feel like you are getting away from it all, but still be in the heart of Orange Beach. The infamous Florabama Lounge is right down the road and world class restaurants surround you. This is truly a fantastic setting in a great complex.



You will love the views in this two bedroom condo in Orange Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sits on 1st floor, just above the dunes, with a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico and boasts more than 1,000 square feet of space.



The unit sleeps up to 7 with a king in the master bedroom, a full and a twin bed in the second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include washer and dryer, 3 televisions, a stereo, plus high-end cotton linens.



Complex Amenities: Two outdoor pools and three lighted tennis courts.



Wind Drift offers first come, first served docking and boat and trailer storage across the street from the beach, at the condo's own dock. This is a very convenient amenity as most complexes don't allow you to store your boat or trailer. At Wind Drift it's welcomed, allowed, and convenient for a fee of $50/per day and a $50 transaction fee paid directly to them*. *This fee can change at anytime, without notice. Please note that you must register in advance with Waves Property Management. During prime season it's best to make arrangements as early as possible, in advance of your stay. They have limited space so it's available on a first-come, first-served basis. The boat slips are located across the street on Old River, the waterway between the condo and Ono Island.



*Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. You will be required to purchase your parking pass(es) in advance directly from Wind Drift (we will email you instructions 10-days prior to arrival). Wind Drift is charging $50* per parking pass, plus tax & fees. *This price can change at any time, without notice. 



**Please note that this is a non-smoking complex. No smoking allowed inside or on balconies, nor any common area at Wind Drift.**
