Discover Coastal Comfort: Newly Renovated 400 sq. ft. Studio at Sugar Beach!

Indulge in the perfect retreat for two adults, or bring the family for a cozy stay for up to four. Our studio features an all NEW kitchen with modern appliances, including both drip and pod coffee options. Enjoy the ambiance of recessed lighting and brand-new 100% granite counters with a sink and faucet upgrade. The cabinets are all NEW, complemented by a new full-size washer and dryer.

Step into the bathroom with all NEW tub and shower, adorned with NEW ceramic tile walls and cabinets, sink, and faucets. The unit is entirely newly tiled, including the balcony. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed for two adults and a luxurious wall-hugger futon (valued at $1400) with a 10-inch Tempurpedic-topped mattress, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. The futon doubles as a stylish sofa and is accompanied by two new wall-mounted flat-screen TVs—one in front of the bed for bedside viewing and a second 42-inch TV in front of the sofa/futon.

Both TVs come with DVD players, and FREE internet service is included, making this unit an excellent choice for an affordable vacation.

Sugar Beach, renowned as the friendliest condo on the beach, offers four swimming pools (including one kiddie pool), with one pool heated in the winter. Enjoy new decks with comfortable lounge chairs, beach-side restrooms/showers, and the poolside Sugar Shack Snack Bar. Charcoal BBQs are conveniently available beach-side.

Please note a $35 one-time parking charge for unlimited under-building parking (payable in cash or credit card upon arrival), although it's optional. Keep in mind that the closest free parking is a mile away.

Was very nice, could have been better.

Lock to the sliding glass door does not lock. Room had not been swept prior to our arrival. No sheets for the futon and futon was full of sand. Bed is hard as a rock. But view is breath taking. All in all, I would have to give this room a 3 stars at best.

Needs improvement

The futon is very uncomfortable, we left the property 5 days early because of it and no amount was refunded. The lock box for the keys is a little difficult to do alone. I had to get my sister to help me...a keyless entrance with code would be better. The pans were not suitable to cook on, bring your own if you plan to cook your meals.

Great Location - Quite Condo

We went for a relaxing girls weekend trip and this was perfect for that. Right on the beach, there was a beach chair rental service completed with Kayaks and paddle boards right there too. We liked that it was a super quite location and had everything we needed. Great communication and information from Art. It is an efficiency so once we got all of our stuff in, it seemed very cramped. It might benefit from removing a dresser or table for a little added space. It smelled very clean, the cleaning crew had just left. For some reason the floor always felt a bit slick from the product they used even long after they were gone. Other than that, no real negatives to mention! We weren't actually in the condo much, but it was good for what we wanted!

Great Location and environment, but owner was not helpful with issues

The pictures are exactly as posted online and the location was great. However, the toilet was broken when we arrived. When the toilet was flushed (with only pee in it), it overflowed onto the floor. There is absolutely no service at the condo unless you are on the wifi. When we finally got on the wifi and were able to call the owner, he told us the cleaners had gone home for the day and it would cost him $300 to get a plumber and stated that he was not willing to do that. Obviously a toilet is a necessity for a 4 day vacation. I ended up having to figure out how to fix the toilet myself and go buy detergent to wash our personal towels that we had to use to clean up the toilet water all over the floor. I have no bad things to say about the condo itself, but the owner will not be helpful if you run into any unexpected maintenance issues.

Cozy and Comfortable

Initially this booking was for a soccer tournament weekend in Foley, for our daughter, but schedules were changed and we got to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. Very comfortable! Everything you need in a small space. Full bath. Full kitchen, which we cooked every day in. Washer and dryer, super convenient. We came home with clean clothes! All in all great weekend! We’ll be back!

The condo is a small studio. It could sleep 4 but I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people. An attempt was made to make it look nice, but it could have been cleaner. The patio view is of the parking garage below and you can hear the hall noise, but the location is great. It fit my needs
