Its a nice clean place. Not a far walk to the beach. Very reasonably priced. I was a little to early for check in so I went to the grocery store to grab a few things. The check in time is enforced. Most check ins are at 4, here it was 3. Im always early everywhere I go The condo was nice. Host was very informative and fast at answering any questions.

My wife and I had a great get away here! Room was clean and spacious for 2, the side view of the ocean from the balcony was nice, and the pool both indoor and outdoor were clean and well kept. Would stay again!

Place was clean and bright. Enough room for two adults and two children. Bed was comfortable. Love that it had a washer and dryer. Both pools were nice and we enjoyed when the ocean was high. There a Walmart down the road. Would recommend and will be coming back.

The property was listed as ‘beach side’. When questioned the owner responded that it was in the ‘beach side of the main road’. The beach itself was not visible from the room at all. The distance from the room to the beach according to my watch’s step minder is slightly more than 1/4 of a mile with the gulf visible only the last twenty or so steps. For a perfect view of concrete and other buildings, this is your place. The bedroom was claustrophobic with a king size bed filling the small room and none of the overhead lights worked from the wall switches. When pointed out to the owner, his cleaner apparently pulled the three inch chain located at the top of the unit. Not the vacation we paid for. We will never stay in his properties again. Buyer beware.

Clean room, near the beach, showers at boardwalk to wash off sand. Can't review the pool much cause we were on the beach. Otherwise, on-site grills and an overall very enjoyable stay!

Overall had a really good experience! The condo is definitely on the smaller side, but it was perfectly fine for two people and had everything we needed for a beach trip. It is a bit of a walk from the beach and does not have a beach view, but that is okay. Was not able to use amenities due to the weather. If you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place for a couples trip, this works great!

We enjoyed our 3 week stay, location was perfect and we really enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade that went right by our condo- we walked up to the street when the parade started! Perfect! We appreciated the comfy lounge chair and comfortable bed. The property inside and grounds were well cared for, a quiet retreat
