Everything was great. Things were pretty clean, just some items left under the bed in one of the rooms from a previous stay - trash and keys. Did not realize much of the cleaning prep was on the renter so that information would have been appreciated early on in our stay so we could have handled it appropriately. We were only there for 12 hours so needed some planning for washing and cleaning.

This townhouse was very clean. It does seem rather new and there are more in the area being built. The owner was very friendly and super easy to work with. The security system is rather annoying and talks to you too much and I did not much care for the camera downstairs that seems to take pictures of the backdoor but it did not appear to be taking pictures while we were there. But this is a 2nd home to the owner and very well cared for. There is a sign out back for gators but sadly I did not see one. I loved the location and very many close by places and beaches. We did some beach hopping and they were very clean and beautiful. I do recommend staying here, it was a quiet area.

Was raised in Gonzales La with six brothers and six sisters. Lived in California seventeen yrs and found that Orange Beach vibe is great and the people in the area are so kind with big hearts. And the pickleball is this area is really growing b very nicely Enjoy hosting and would like to give my guest an experience of home. Get a feeling of comfort of a home and being in his brand new it’s very clean.

PERFECT LOCATION !!
Close to the the Sportsplex and the wharf and very close to the beaches at Orange Beach and Gulfshores is just right down canal. That’s the main boulevard connect to Orange Beach and Gulfshores Foley is right north at the wharf best location to where you you’re not always on the beach traffic
