About this property

Great two bedroom two bath condo located steps away from the most beautiful white sand beaches the Gulf has to offer. This is a spacious condo which includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Also, there is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. Spacious private balcony with an indirect view of the beach. The indoor/outdoor pool is located on the beach side of the property. There is a wonderful grilling and picnic area which includes both gas and charcoal grills.

Great stay - Better Location

Had friends and teammates from school baseball team staying at much more expensive properties, like Phoenix 10, etc. and dollar to donuts this condo on the beach has everything you need and nothing you don’t -and an added touch of home the bbq’s are awesome, for a nice home cooked meal at the beach. The building and common areas are well maintained, clean and inviting to use, pool, bbq area etc. the balconies are a plus with a great view of the ocean. This particular condo was very updated and comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Highly recommend…. Will visit here again next year!

OB vacay

Room was as described. Neat, clean and well taken care of. Owner was pleasant to work with. Unfortunately there was construction going on replacing doors above and around our unit. However, we were told ahead of time this could occur. The noise was much greater than expected, but that was not the owners fault. Our unit was already complete. Pool and hot tub could have both been warmer, they were both colder than years past staying at Harbor Place. Overall it was a great stay with the only exception the noise from construction.

My husband is a custom cabinet maker and owns his own business. I retired from commercial banking in 2020 and now focus on managing our rental houses here in Louisville as well as our condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
