Sunswept 2BR Direct Gulf Front - May 1-18 & Memorial Day OPEN

There are no management fees included with this rental. This 6th floor unit has been renovated with new furnishings. 18' tile throughout the condo. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils needed for a great stay. Granite countertop throughout the kitchen and bar. The Living Room has a pull out sleeper sofa, two side chairs and a 42' TV. The master bedroom has a new king bed with linens and side tables with a 32' Samsung TV. The second bedroom has brand new twin beds, 32'' Samsung TV and DVD player. Both bathrooms have updated showers, linens and granite counter tops. We also have our on private balcony which overlooks the large swimming pool and gulf, with great views to watch dolphins play, parasails, boats, and people swimming.

We also have free wifi.

If you are interested in early check in at 1:00 p.m. it would be an additional charge of $100 please just contact me and I will let you know if it is available.

Sunswept is located directly on the sugar white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

There are two elevators to serve you with ample parking for residents and guests. There are two charcoal grills for your use outside on the east end of building.

You can walk across the street to Walmart, Rouses Market, rent a movie, or go to one of the many restaurants without ever getting into your car.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was big enough for our family of 5. Very comfortable and great location. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant, relaxing beachfront gem

I really liked the overall layout of the property. Easy parking out front, elevators right between the walkout to the pool and the parking lot. The ramp to the beach from the pool area has no stairs and was handicap accessible. I liked having codes for the condo, pool, and beach access, so I didn't need to carry anything. The building looks old, but everything worked well and was comfortable. The unit itself was large enough for my family, yet felt cozy because of how it was decorated. A couple of things I do wish were different: the shower head showed as being a wand one in the pics was not, which made things more difficult for me as a handicap person. I brought my own bath seat for the shower, and it fitted well. However without a wand, I had to stand and move more in the shower to reach the water. I wish there were a screen door on the balcony or that some of the windows could be opened. There wasn't a toaster in the kitchen for my son's waffles, just a toaster oven. Make sure to read the unit's description regarding starter supplies and bring your own, especially toilet paper. We were expecting that, so we came prepared. No big deal. We brought our own beach towels and toys since we didn't find any in the unit. There were plenty of bath towels though. We had a nice time and weren't ready to leave when our stay was over. We also appreciated how affordable this Gulf front rental was.

Perfect spot

Absolutely loved our weekend trip here! Hands down one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. Located directly from wal mart made for easy in and out for those snacks! Loved the stay!

Great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. The location of the condo was perfect with many things to do very close by. Becky provided us with everything we needed to know for the property. Hope to come back and stay again!!

Why they chose this property

We have the most beautiful beaches in the world and this complex is situated in a great location in Orange Beach, Alabama. I grew up here and been coming to Orange Beach my entire life. We have traveled all over the world and we have the prettiest beaches I have ever seen. You can arrive in your car and never have to drive again unless you want to, until you leave. There is shopping, dining and grocery stores located directly across the street from this complex. Senghi, Cactus Cantina, and more located just across the street. .

What makes this property unique

Walking the beach, shelling, swimming, sunning and just relaxing. Also Gulf State Park is within 1 mile for walking or biking.

It is also about 40 minutes away from the Pensacola Naval Air Museum. About 50 minutes from Pensacola Airport.

There are several marina's to book a fishing trip, dolphin cruise or sunset trip. You can also rent pontoon boats or jet skis or get on a parasailing boat.
