Please empty all trash and recyclables to bins on north end of driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only those listed on rental agreement are permitted in condo or on property. Property is very private/serene. HOA is very serious about this rule
Fishing permitted on the outside of the big L-shaped dock only. No fishing inside harbor for safety of boats and swimmers. Thanks.
No smoking or vaping at all inside or outside anywhere on property during stay.
