Easy access to SF attractions via public/shared transportation. Neighborhood is very diverse and has many award winning restaurants at reasonable prices.

Weeklong SF getaway

Great location. Close to public transportation - straight shot downtown. I rented a very SMALL car and found parking fairly easily, no more than 2 blocks away - pay attention to the street cleaning schedules posted. I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. I slept with my son in one bed and my daughter had the other bed. I was tempted to use an air mattress initially, but decided the bed was just big enough for us both. The apartment size does not promote lounging around all day, but our purpose was to spend most of our time exploring the city - mission accomplished. Host was excellent with communication.

Lovely spot in the Richmond

I really loved this apartment in a classic San Francisco house near Golden Gate Park. Fantastically quiet at night but close to a nice set of local restaurants and cafes as well as Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. The apartment has everything I needed including a well set up kitchen. The sunny outside space was a nice bonus. I have spent plenty of time in SF but not in this neighborhood, which is lovely. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises. Coffee Movement is a local cafe that has probably the best coffee I’ve tasted in SF.

Positives - apartment was very clean and the location was perfect for me. Close to restaurants and stores. Parking was a bit challenging but not too bad. Negatives - shower only provided water for about 20-30 seconds before losing pressure. Could not get ROKU to connect as WiFi signal strength was weak at times which made streaming a challenge at times. Tried to contact host without success.

Such a Perfect Location

This small house apartment is just a couple of blocks from Golden Gate Park in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is small, but has everything we needed. The garden out back makes up for the size. It is a very pretty place to relax when at the apartment. We were able to spend as much time visiting the park as we wanted and had a comfortable place to return to in the evening. Debra was always communicative and helpful. Thank you!
