- Beautiful living room, with QLed television, opening onto a large veranda
The fenced and unobstructed land, of more than 900m2, can accommodate up to 3 vehicles, while leaving you a nice space at the back of the house (relaxation area, meals, games, etc.).
Also available: washing machine, barbecue, outdoor tap, deckchairs. Your bikes can be parked in the garage.
The accommodation is equipped with fiber and can be used for teleworking.
Matha beach is an 8-minute walk away and the cycle paths are nearby for quick access to Cotinière, the beaches of La Perroche and La Rémigeasse, as well as Saint-Pierre or Dolus.
Possibility of renting optional bed and bathroom linen from the concierge.
Non-smoking house, pets not allowed.
