C'COZY<br><br>Ideally located close to the town centre of Sablé, a supermarket and large companies, our house has recently been renovated and equipped.<br>Easy street parking close to the accommodation.<br>The key box system makes your autonomy easier.<br>Located 5 minutes drive from the train station, the Château de Sablé, the Abbey of Solesmes or the golf course of Sablé. 30 minutes from the Zoo of La Flèche. About 40 minutes from Angers, Le Mans or Laval<br><br><br>The accommodation<br>Entrance: shoe storage<br><br>Living area: Very comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that unfolds in a few seconds effortlessly, bed linen and pillows provided.<br><br>Kitchen: new and equipped with refrigerator, 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster... and a real dining area for 4 people.<br><br>Storage: coat rack, storage space for suitcases and household equipment<br><br>Upstairs:<br>Bedroom: very spacious with a beautiful 140 x 190 bed, a wardrobe with mirror<br><br>Shower room: toilet with toilet paper, washbasin, shower with heated towel rail, linen included.

    It is far from the station. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes on foot. There is a free city bus, but it does not run very frequently. You can walk to a large supermarket.
