LES Laurentides - Champagny EN Vanoise
Gîte on two levels adjoining the owners' house. Private entrance. Ground floor: lounge - living room - kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm). Safe in a room. Bike rack. Parking for two cars in front of the gîte. Sheets included only in winter from 12/15 to 04/20. Comfortable cottage with a nice living room facing south with direct access to the terrace. Wood stove in the living room giving a warm and cozy atmosphere to the place. Modern interior combining stone and wood walls. Spacious bedrooms each with storage. Outdoor dining area with plenty of sunshine in summer with garden furniture and plancha. Comfortable apartment located in the center of Champagny-en-Vanoise. Village of character at an altitude of 1200 meters at the entrance to the Vanoise National Park. Champagny cable car (connection with the Paradiski - La Plagne ski area) and village center 500 meters away. Champagny Nordic area 3 km. Many other resorts nearby: Courchevel (Les 3 Vallées - Largest ski area in the world) at 14 km, Pralognan la Vanoise at 11 km. In summer, departures for walks, hikes and mountain bike rides around the gîte. Swimming pool with paddling pool and wellness area 600 m away. All proximity to shops and services in season.
