It's 18 square meters, has plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to two people.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

## Logement
Bright with a nice view, the studio is located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed;
- bathroom with bathtub
- and a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: ski room, filter and nespresso coffee machines, TV, refrigerator, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

The studio is ideally located within walking distance of the center of Saint-Gervais, 5 km from the Le Fayet SNCF train station. You can also ski at Bettaix or Les Contamines.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Petit Casino" supermarket just 8 minutes' walk away.
Laundry services and small shops are also available in the center. There's also a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

## Emplacement
This village in the country of Mont-Blanc has the advantage of combining thermalism, mountain and alpine sports. The Mont-Blanc Tramway departs in the village of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. In summer, this cog train, the highest in France, offers splendid views of the massif along the way. It allows travellers to reach the Eagle's Nest, at an altitude of 2,372 metres, as well as the Bionnassay Glacier. In winter, this train takes skiers to the Bellevue plateau.
