This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps up to 4 and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining area. This 12th floor unit has a private balcony that overlooks the main pool and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening! The living area features wood laminate flooring, a 60 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a flat screen TV. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Sunbird offers laundry facilities onsite.

****PARKING PASSES AND ARM BANDS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE ON-SITE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OFFICE, THERE IS A RESTRICTION FOR ONLY ONE CAR PER UNIT, ONE PARKING PASS IS $30, ARM BANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUEST 12 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE AND ARE $5 EACH.****

Sunbird Condominiums is conveniently located near the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road and is within walking distance to popular attractions such as Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek Golf Course & Giant Maze, and Wonder Works. Please, no pets and no smoking. We offer family friendly rentals only and reservations for vacationing students or groups of young adults must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 for all members of the party.

Additional Fees Required: Parking Pass and Arm Bands are required and must be purchased separately from this reservation quote from the Sunbird Condominium.

We loved our stay here! The location was convenient and the beach was beautiful.

This condo had plenty of space for me and my family. We loved sitting on the balcony and having coffee in the morning. The location is great and 30A is just a short drive away.
