Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), the flat comprises a very pleasant living room with balcony, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
The balcony with its direct view over the Bassin is a delight, with a magnificent view, even more so at sunset!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with dining area, round table and 4 chairs, armchairs, TV, bay window onto the balcony.
- An open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle and toaster.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed and large wardrobe, window with view of the Bassin

The balcony is longer than it is wide, but you can still enjoy breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the sea, or take a break from reading - the view is breathtaking!
Finally, you have the huge advantage of a numbered space in the underground car park (no overhead access for vans or vans).

What we like
Its 2 bedrooms, which make for a pleasant stay with children, and the peace and complete safety for children around the boulodrome, where you can keep an eye on them from the balcony, or stroll around on a bench.
Its location right in the heart of Le Moulleau, a popular area for its family atmosphere and its fine shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours.
Underground parking, a huge plus in summer.
You're just 5 km from Arcachon, with a bus stop down the road to the station, and 4 km from Dune du Pyla.

The flat is managed by Cocoonr Basin d'Arcachon.
Beds will be made on arrival, towels, a few Nespresso capsules to start your stay, several types of tea, sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar, shower gel, a few dishwasher tablets, tea towel and bath mat.

- Typical market in La Teste, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., guaranteed atmosphere, small glass of white wine or coffee at the end!
- Les Halles d'Arcachon and its famous indoor and outdoor markets
- Dune du Pyla (4km)
- Andernos-les-Bains (40 km, 53 min by car)
- Bordeaux (66 km, 50 min by car)
