Great house with cleanliness in need of improvement

We were guests in Kelvenec for two weeks. Positive first: The house is lovingly furnished, there is nothing missing to spend a longer vacation there and for the most part the house is as stated in the description. The house is located in a very clean and nice looking neighborhood of De Panne. So far so good However, there were garbage bags in the garden (from previous guests?) which we had to dispose of at our own expense. Unfortunately, we were only informed after arrival that the water tap in the kitchen was not working - we had already found this out. During the entire two weeks there was supposedly no plumber available to repair the tap. Most of the crockery and cutlery was accordingly dirty and had to be cleaned first. We also had to clean the dishwasher and washing machine before they could be used properly. The washbasins and mirrors in the bedrooms were uncleaned, although a cleaner was supposed to come once a week. And one day before departure, we were informed that the cleaner was not available for the final cleaning and that we should vacuum the entire house.

Hallo,waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind im Ferienhaus (13.06.-20.06.2026)Vorteile:-großer sauberer Strand-fein Sandig-Check in ist easy-5 minuten zum Strand-5 minuten in die Stadt-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Koksijde (Lidl/Aldi)10 min.-2 Toiletten-großer eingezäunter Garten-ideal für unseren Hund-2 Fernseher (WM )-Parken von 2 Autos auf dem Grundstück-Zimmer sehr geräumig-Austattung war sehr gutNachteil:beim Eintreffen hatten die Vormieter Ihren Müll im hinteren Garten und in der Garten Box auf der Terrasse verstaut,nicht sehr angenehm bei der Hitze,die waren zu faul den Müll in die Waste Stationen zu bringen,dieses hatten wir dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt,das es nicht unsere Aufgabe ist deren Müll zu beseitigen.-der Hausmüll muss selber Entsorgt werden (Waste Drop Stationen,muss man sich per App anmelden-QR-Code /ist einfach--5 min.vom Haus)(Papier Plastik / Glas Kostenlos / Restabfall ist Kostenpflichtighaben für 1 Woche (wird gewogen -2,36 bezahltWäre vielleicht nett wenn der Eigentümer eine Abfall Karte besorgt,und für jeden Gast zur vefügung stellt, kostet nur 5 )-könnte an manchen stellen im Haus sauberer sein.Hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub,kommen gerne wieder.VG

Wir sind bereits in der Früh angereist, Schlüsselsafe haben wir direkt gefunden und hat auch alles gut geklappt. Nach einem holprigen Start (wir waren zu früh und die Putzfee war somit noch nicht da) hat uns das Haus gut gefallen, es war alles da, was man benötigt. Auch viele Spiele, Sandelsachen, Sonnenschirm, etc. Wirklich prima. Die Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet, kleiner Backofen, Toaster, Gasherd, Spülmaschine, alles da. Die Betten waren etwas in Anspruch genommen, aber war OK. Der Kontakt zu Hubert war immer super und sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen und De Panne ist ein schöner Ort. Der Strand war phänomenal, die Kinder hatten riesen Spaß. Die Terasse müsste man mehr befestigen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz allem sehr genossen.

Maison charmante, bien aménagée, bien située. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin et les nombreux jeux présents. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle expérience, j’espère que de nombreuses personnes en profiteront autant que nous en avons profité !

En entrant dans la maison, on se sent un peu comme chez soi. C'est une habitation familiale truffée de jeux, de livres, de matériel à dessin. La déco y est cosy et bien choisie. La cuisine est parfaitement équipé de belle vaisselle. On trouve un lavabo dans chaque chambre, ce qui est un plus car c'est là que l'on prend plus de temps ! Comme la salle de bain ne comprend qu'une douche, c'est très appréciable lorsqu'il y a la file ! ;-) Le jardin est un grand plus (Bien clôturé, bien équipé en mobilier, espace de parking) Quelques petits conseils ont été transmis au propriétaire qui les a accueillis avec amabilité. Nous reviendrons !

Wundervoll!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, das Haus hat alles was man sich wünschen konnte. Holzböden, ein tolles Sofa, eine Einrichtung wie aus dem Ikea-Katalog. Der Garten war super! Viele nette und nützliche Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Kelvenec Urlaub machen. Danke!

Séjour à LA PANNE

Logement de charme agréablement aménagé et très bien situé par rapport au centre et à la digue. Tout est fait par le propriétaire pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Parking autorisé dans le jardin ce qui, à la Côte Belge, est un atout supplémentaire. Adresse vraiment à conseiller.
