About this property

Relaxing Gulf Front Oasis, unit 332

This third floor gulf front condo, 1248 square feet has gorgeous views from the family room, master bedroom and the spacious balcony. It is completely furnished as a second home with granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless appliances and relaxed furnishings. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2022 and new flooring in the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have tv's. The laundry area has been up-dated. We keep our unit well stocked with everything needed to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable. We are always making improvements and we do keep it updated.


Sandy Key has two gulf front pools, one is heated and a outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and lighted tennis court. The outdoor hot tub is closed from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

This unit sleeps five people with a king in the master and a queen and a twin In the second bedroom.

Sandy Key is well maintained, low density with 180 units and 800 feet of beach front. Sandy Key is also a gated complex.

Experience the relaxing atmosphere of Perdido Key. It is laid back, very peaceful and beautiful. We are close enough to any activities you like from Pensacola to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL. It is in walking distance to Gulf Islands National Seashore Park.

No smoking and no pets allowed. The guest must be 25 years or older to rent our condo.


Condo Rental Amenities: Beach chair and umbrella rental services are available.

Surrounding Activies: Biking, miniature golf, amusement park, water park, fishing sightseeing, swimming. There are several golf courses with Perdido Key's Lost Key Golf Club nearby. You can charter a boat for fishing at surrounding marinas. All kinds of shopping with an outlet mall in Foley, AL. The Wharf in Orange Beach has a movie theatre, shopping and abundance of restaurants along with an amphitheater. We are located near the Pensacola Naval Museum, home of the Blue Angles flight team and near the Pensacola Dog Track. There are buses going to and from Biloxi, MS on a daily basis to the gambling casinos. You are only minutes to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, AL and Pensacola, FL.

30 + day notice, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

14 - 30 day notice, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Otherwise, no refunds.

Sandy Key Complex is smoke free and is prohibited everywhere on the property including our condo balcony.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the a/c to 76 during the summer and 65 during the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are two parking spaces per condo. Parking passes need to be picked up in the Office, located in the 1st building.
Before final approval of a booking, I will need your home address, and confirm the number of guests (adults/children).
Sandy Key Condominiums is a smoke free complex. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including our condo balcony.

Excellent condo! Quiet, clean and very well stocked. Location to the beach is absolute perfection and we loved that there are no stairs on the boardwalk to the beach. Made it very accessible for our daughter with special needs. Close enough to Orange Beach and Pensacola activities but far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. This rental was perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds, and was stocked with everything we could ask for. My wife forgot her hair straightener at home and sure enough they had one in the drawer. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Highly recommend!

Great location, great amenities!

We absolutely loved the condo. Beautiful furnishings and well stocked for every need. Easy access to a beautiful beach! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We did have some strange noises that we never figured out where they were coming from but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Perfect in every way!

Perfect condo and host

Annual trip with family staying at LaPlaya. This unit has been totally updated and reworked so nicely from the regular Sandy Key units we have stayed in. Diana is a fantastic host with communications and accommodating requests. There are a few lovely palm trees interfering with the surf view from the dining table outside but well worth it to not be directly above the pool. The chairs by the railing offer perfect views. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything we could want and lots of extra garbage bags and cleaning supplies if needed. The appliances are top notch and clean and new.The towels and linens are really nice. If we return next year I really hope the unit is available and look forward to working with Diana again.

Perfect weekend away!

We spent three nights here. It was our first time in perdido key. The property is beautiful. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed! Slept five us perfectly. The view you can’t beat. The pools were nice and the beach was great! Quiet little area but close proximity to groceries, food, snacks, etc! We will definitely be back!

We loved the condo itself it has everything you could want. The door slamming was hard to deal with especially in the second bedroom, the hot tub wasn't open, that was disappointing.

It is unfortunate that the condo complex had to close the hot tub for awhile. The reason was vandalism was occurring frequently. It should be back open in the Fall. I apologize for the door slamming. I did not know that was occurring from neighbors.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this unit. It had recently been beautifully updated. Everything was very clean, and there was great water pressure in the master bath. The owner had multiple games that we enjoyed on the rainy days that we had. We greatly recommend this unit and will definitely be booking here again in the future.

This is my family. We love going to Perdido Key and staying at Sandy Key. We have owned many properties in Perdido Key since 2001 and have loved being there. It is quite and it's not congested plus very relaxing with beautiful views of the emerald waters and white soft sand.

Why they chose this property

The grounds and surrounding areas are maintained to perfection. Perdido Key is a great place to relax and have a nice getaway. Perdido Key was named Wildlife Destination of the Year of 2017 by the Luxury Travel Guide out of the U.K.. It is filled with hidden treasures throughout the island. The area is also known as "Lost Key" and is 60 percent protected park lands. In April 2018, Perdido Key was recognized as Most Underrated Small Town in America by MSN. It is a hidden gem with nice weather, pristine beaches and water, wildlife preserve, unspoiled parks, etc. The laid back island feel makes Perdido the perfect destination for exploring nature or relaxing on the beach.
