Access to hiking / biking trails, golf courses, onsite tennis courts, walking distance to downtown N. Woodstock, the Pemigewasset River and several nearby restaurants. There's onsite parking and quiet hours after 10 pm. No smoking. Perfect for 1 or 2 families. Maximum of 8 guests or 10 with small children.
