Our pier beach home is located in the Oceanside Village gated community at the end of a cul de sac just two streets back from the beach. Enjoy a short walk or hop in the car to drive over and take advantage of the private beach parking.
We have been working hard to give the house a major 'facelift' with newly painted rooms throughout, new furniture pieces, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, an updated laundry space (with new washer and dryer) and all three bathrooms have also been fully renovated. As of Spring 2024, the kitchen was renovated including all brand new appliances and countertop. We are looking forward to continuing to make updates and improvements as the ideas come to mind! With that being said.. we’re excited that a third bedroom was added to the upstairs unit during the spring of 2025!
Upstairs living space: Kick back and relax on the fully covered wrap-around deck. You’ll find ample seating, including an outdoor pub-height dining table and chairs. Be sure to peep a view of the ocean between the homes across the street!
Enter through the main door into the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room setup includes a flat-screen TV and sectional sofa. Off of the living room, take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen which includes, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, cups, plates, new pots, pans, utensils, appliances and so much more to make it feel as though you're cooking right at home! The kitchen features a four-stool breakfast bar as well as a dining area that seats six. Down the hall, bedroom one (master) holds a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and newly renovated ensuite. Off of the master, access bedroom number 2- newly added spring 2025- containing two twin sized beds! The third upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet where the washer and dryer are located. Off the hallway, you'll find the second full bathroom.
Lower living area: The lower living area can be accessed through an exterior door under the home. You'll enter into a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed. Off of the main bedroom is an additional bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The lower unit also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.
Come back from a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hangout under the home! Not only is there space to park up to 3 vehicles we’ve also set up an entertainment zone with tv, chairs, outdoor ‘surf’ bar and gas grill.
Within the gated community, you'll have access to the following: -Private beach access/parking -2 outdoor pools -Mini 'splash pad' for the kids -Activities center -Tennis courts -Basketball court -Baseball field -Playground -Horseshoe pits -Boccee ball -Pickle-ball court -Indoor pool with hot tub (newly renovated winter 2025) Spectrum WIFI included.
*Linens, blankets and bath towels are included in the rental cost- renter must provide their own beach/pool towels.*
*You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional fee by signing up at the office on site.
If desired, a golf cart can be rented through Oceanside Village- NO OUTSIDE GOLF CARTS are allowed in the Village and a golf cart is NOT included with this rental.
NO PETS ALLOWED
*Upon arrival, you may purchase a gate key at the main office for $30 each. If the key is returned upon your departure, you'll receive a partial refund from the office. Gate keys are not necessary but if you'd like to use them to enter through any gates other than the main gate and/or to enter through the beach gate, you are welcome to purchase once you arrive.
*SECURITY SYSTEM: Outside the premises is wired with a Ring Security camera system. The cameras record and retain audio and video so the owner can monitor the home during the off-season.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The location, the amenities, the porch, the toys for kids - everything was perfect and made for an enjoyable week!
We had 6 kids between two families, and this house had everything to accommodate our stay! We loved the location, and the amenities in the community were a huge plus. This house is beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The outdoor lounge area and huge patio under the house made a great hang out spot for our kids.
Our week at the beach was a wonderful stay. We found everything we needed, and if it wasn’t there, you didn’t need it! The walk to the beach was so easy and the private parking area at the beach was perfect. We loved riding around the resort and going to the pool and splash pad. Our favorite time of the day was the outdoor shower after spending the morning on the beach and sitting in the shade under the house.
What a wonderful stay! Host was always available to answer questions. A beautiful home well equipped. It was 9 of us and we all slept comfortably. Our family would definitely stay again and recommend.
Great house to share with family and friends. Recommend and would rent again. Beach is across the street and several restaurants with music entertainment, good food and fun about a mile away.
We will definitely be back to stay! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms are updated and pretty, the living space is open and comfortable, and the outdoor areas are great for relaxing. Located one street from the beach, you can’t go wrong!

This beach home has everything you need for a perfect family vacation! It’s beautiful and fully stocked, not to mention it’s in walking distance from the beach! The owners are wonderful, very helpful and respond to any questions in a quick manner! Our family will definitely be back to visit again soon!

Home was in the perfect location, walking distance to both Seaside and Garden City beaches. Neighbors were so kind to show us short cuts to the “canopy” beach! Our family loved spending time at the house, cooking, grilling, and playing games. House fit 10 of us comfortably!
The property was fully stocked, clean, with a good AC & good layout for us. The location is nice, just feet away from the beach. I would book it again because it had everything we needed. If I had to make ONE suggestion is for the owners to post the address to the front gate where you need to check in. The main entrance is NOT what the GPS brings up with the home address. It is a bit hard to find the front check in gate & it can be frustrating once you have been driving for hours & go in circles trying to find the front gate. Other than that the property itself was great!
Newly Updated Vacation Home is Beautiful and Cozy!!
The inside of the vacation home is all newly remodeled, including kitchen, all three bathrooms, flooring throughout, dining room furniture, living room furniture, and deck/patio furniture. It was a great layout for our family and a very short distance to the beach across the street. Our only concern was that the mattresses in each bedroom seem to be worn and need replaced with new for a more comfortable night's sleep. Otherwise, the cleaniness was excellent and we would highly consider staying here again!!!
Check-in at the front gate was very quick and entry instructions, etc. provided by our host were very clear and the property was easily accessed. There were no complaints from anyone in our group, the furnishings were suitable and comfortable. The upstairs porch was a hit with the adults and with very mild temps we made great use of it. Our host checked in with us shorty after our arrival and during the stay to see if things were going well. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart for hauling coolers, etc. to the beach which were very useful. What more can I say, we had a great stay. Thanks to our host.
We absolutely loved our stay at Sully by the Sea. The location was great and community and amenities were all well maintained and cared for. We rented a golf cart and could easily get back and forth with beach front access. The house was great for our group of 9 which included 6 kids and allowed for a lot of different sleeping arrangements. The house was well stocked with everything you needed for the week. My husband kept saying they thought of everything. The host were amazing and responsive and really helped us in a pinch. This was our 30th year in Garden City and we’ve stayed in a few different set ups (houses, condos, etc) and this was definitely on our list to visit again.
Honest review. The house was awesome very nice, very well laid out and roomy for 10 of us everything we needed was available to use only had one issue but trust me the there was a lot of positives the floors needed sweeping when we first got in they were sandy other than that it was very very clean. A couple things we found out after making the reservation. One even though this is a golf cart community you cannot bring your own golf cart in I thought this was strange until I found you can rent them for $400 a week this has nothing to do with the the house rental at all that’s on the community for being greedy and the golf carts cannot be taken out of community. Two the gate passes you have to purchase there $20 each you get $10 back when you return them that’s was not known till I talked to the owner but we worked that out she was very nice by the way. The property easily within walking distance to the beach big plus the pool is a little bit of a hike and taking a car is recommended but parking is very limited. Also I saw the security giving tickets to cars parked in golf cart spots just a fyi. If I were to rate this house 8.5/10 beach access 9/10 pool access 5/10 restaurant within 3 miles 8.5/10.
Staying at Sully South by the Sea was a perfect place for our vacation. The home was so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The decor is amazing and so welcoming. Very close to the beach. Very kid friendly. Hope to stay again.
