Great location. Easy ski out and short walk for convenience ski in. Has been updated and was very clean. Property manager very responsive- dropped off firewood the day we requested it. Private hot tub is great. Would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and inviting. The hot tub was a great perk. The only thing that was a little tricky was making our way back to the condo the first couple times we skiied, but we got the hang of it.
Great Location. Easy to ski out and short walk to get back. Property manager was wonderful. A few areas weren’t as clean as I would expect but kitchen had everything and we had a wonderful stay.
This was our second time at a Ridge Point condo. Very enjoyable. Clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Great hot tub, nice jets. The ski out location allowed us to get by w/out a car.
Our family of five had a lovely time here, spent five days mostly skiing during our second trip to Deer Valley. The ski in/out was easy for us to figure out and get the hang of after following directions on the YouTube videos. The kitchen came equipped with everything you need to cook and made the stay very pleasant. A great experience and perfect location for what we needed.
My wife and I had the best time at this condo. We had heavy snow that week and the roads were constantly plowed and someone blew/shoveled the walkway every morning. The ski in/out directions were very clear. Our one recommendation is the fireplace is wood burning, so you may need to pick up some self-lighting logs for your stay. We’ll definitely be back!
We enjoyed our week stay at the condo. We love the location and its quiet neighborhood. Walking to Silver Lake base is super easy and the hike down Tour de Homes is one of our favorites. Everything about the condo was great and per its description. The only thing we would recommend is patio furniture (one of the chairs was broken and not usable, and no chairs by the hot tub), and the ability to open the windows above the kitchen to allow air flow on the warmer summer days. They appeared to be painted shut.
Otherwise all was great and we can’t wait to visit again!

Good to hear that you really enjoyed your stay. Regarding patio furniture, the owner is buying new chairs that can be used on the patio or by the hot-tub. They are also checking on the window situation above the kitchen. We hope you can visit again soon.
This place is amazing for deer valley skiing and close proximity to town. Attentive management during your stay. The bedrooms aren’t that modern, but everything else is really nice, so it makes up for that.
Not a great assortment of toiletry products or additional kitchen supplies, but I didn’t ask for more and I’m sure they would have provided if I did. Too busy skiing and having fun.
I felt the property was as advertised. The Ski in Ski out was simple thanks to the you tube videos.
We were happy with the property. I think the description says gas fireplace, but reviews I read indicated that it was wood.
We slept t=in the primary bedroom- I thought that the mattress was a bit soft- I realize that others may disagree.
The kitchen was well stocked, manager was quick to respond, parking situation was great in spite of all of the snow :)
Great location - communication from management team
Overall we were happy with the property. Beds were comfortable, the management team was on it when the hot water didnt work and it was fixed within the hour. Our kids liked the bunk beds and we used the hot tub daily. Ski in / ski out would be difficult with younger kids. You have to walk 3-4 blocks to get back to the townhouse. And the cabinets in the kitchen could use an update. All in all a good choice to rent.
The location cannot be beat. Super easy ski on ski off access. That’s why we were here, right?
Townhome is well layed out with three spacious bedrooms on the lower level along with the two bathrooms.
Open floor plan living/dining/kitchen is great. Bright, airy and comfortable furniture.
Hot tub clean, spacious and nice strong jets.
The only suggestion / area for improvement would be in the area of kitchen essentials. There were only two wine glasses; no useable salt and pepper, no dish towels, foil or plastic wrap. Most every item in the kitchen was old, worn or fairly cheap quality. Did not negatively affect our stay but a small investment in this area would be the nice finishing touches to make this townhome in a superb location at. World class resort fabulous and not just very good.
Very good communication with the management company. We would rent again.
We were two families with teenagers and the condo provided plenty of room for our group of seven. The kids hung out in the loft area above the kitchen while the adults were in the living room area. The bedrooms were spacious and the closets contained shelves and plenty of hangers but the beds were not great and many of the pillows were flat with only one per person in the bunk room... none of us got a great night of sleep during our week stay and at least one new pillow was purchased and left behind. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice perk and there were plenty of towels although a few more striped ones for the hot tub would have been handy. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, and pans but a few more non-stick pans would be nice - we ended up cooking eggs in the saucepans because they kept sticking to skillets. This is the first ski condo we've stayed at (and we've been to over half a dozen) that didn't have a gas fireplace or supply wood but the property manager was kind enough to drop off some wood after informing us the owner didn't provide this. The ski-out & ski/walk-in was easy to figure out with the help of the youtube videos and everyone in our group was able to manage but this would have been more challenging years back when our kids were younger.

Great to hear that you really enjoyed your stay although it sounds like there were a few issues. Regarding the pillows, they were all brand new last summer and there should have been plenty of extra pillows, but it appears that a few are missing. The owner has gone ahead and ordered some additional pillows. The pots and pans and non-stick skillets were also new last summer. The owner has also ordered some additional skillets. The other guests have reported that the beds were comfortable, but the owner will be in the property shortly and will review all the bedding and determine if new mattresses or other items are needed. They will also order a few more striped hot-tub towels. Finally, the owners and Red Sky Resorts will also be sure that there is firewood available when guests arrive. We hope you can visit Park City again soon.
We were able to catch the first opening days of the season at Park City Ski Resort. While the Deer Valley Resort was not open yet, it was only a few minutes drive to the other trails and we were able to take great hikes along the ski-in/out trails.
The house was perfect for our crew. We cooked most meals and really enjoyed the neighborhood.
Two drawbacks were at night it got unbearably hot and the hot tub lid was water logged making it impossible to remove. At night we kept all the bedroom doors open as the back bedroom was freezing while the front was boiling. That allowed for a little better airflow, but it was still too hot in some areas and too cold in others.
This place was otherwise perfect in every way. We had a blast!

Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We shared your review with the owners and they immediately purchased a new hot-tub cover. Regarding the heating issues, there are ceiling fans and space heaters if needed, but adjusting the louvers on the vents usually evens out the heat.
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this condo that was equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. Mother Nature didn’t provide as much snow as we expected so ski in and out was challenging but not impossible. Hopefully we will be back next year!
Great property, clean and comfortable, ski out & ski/walk in!
We had a great stay at this property. Check in was easy, communication with the property manager was fast and straight forward. The ski out instructions were spot on. Ski in was really ski, take your skis off and walk, and then ski in some more, but it was still worth it to stay right on the mountain in deer valley.
Great townhome, location and host. Just as advertised.
The host was great and very helpful. The townhome was perfect for our group and included the necessary amenities. Plenty of space for our group of six, but would have easily accommodated a couple more. The location was great. Ski-out and ski-in with a brief walk, which is exactly what the description said. We appreciate the accurate description. The host even sent a video showing exactly how to get to and from the townhome to the ski runs/lifts. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay at this location and with this host again. Thanks for a great stay!
The property was as described, clean, and conveniently located relative to historic downtown Park City and deer valley resort. Parking was also very easy (choice of covered garage space or right out front). While a ski-in / ski-out property, the ski out will require intermediate skier skills set bc there are some steep/narrow turns (at least with current conditions/snow levels; more beginner level skiers in the group may want to walk past these parts rather than skiing, recommend to other guests to scope out the trail to ski out b4 embarking) and ski-in requires taking off skis and walking on street a bit. While the house appropriately spacious and comfortable for 4 adults - there were a few items that could have made the stay that much more comfortable/enjoyable: 1) a waste basket in the kitchen 2) at least a few logs for the fireplace to get you started for the first night of the stay (maybe can ask guests to replenish firewood when leave) so its a pay-it-forward deal, also proper fireplace tending tools are needed (nothing to properly turn/reposition logs) 3) I realize we are talking about a mountain side house/condo so may be hard to do this, but trying to make sure the path to the door is clear (no huge ice patch to navigate as there was during our stay) and steps are clear of ice 4) there are appleTVs for the bedrooms but only a cable box for the main living room TV - Having a streaming option for the main living room over cable is preferred (so guests can just stream their own subscribed to services). Otherwise though, would consider staying here again likely when back in Park City for skiing deer valley. Was also a very easy check in / check out process.
This property worked out well for our dads/sons weekend. Nice common spaces, room for everyone to sleep, good amenities (BBQ, washer/dryer, spa), etc. Would rent it again.
