It is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, unit (accommodating 4) and designated as a "Vacation-My-Way" property requiring only 3+ nights for a stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day! No dock space or covered parking is provided with property. Master bedroom has a King bed with private access to covered deck and 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed. TVs with Firestick, high-speed WiFi, top-floor condo, elevator building, and outside shower on ground floor of building are some of the amazing perks! Great view of canal/docks and just a few steps from a stunning sound-view. Clubhouse, community pool, fitness center and tennis courts located near the building. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Boat slips can be rented from PC office (it would be behind their office) for an additional fee. Please schedule this in advance. No trailers can be kept on-site.
