great home - SUPER clean well appointed and so nicely decorated. a little challenging getting in and out of the driveway but just be patiend and wait. Collington is a great place to stay in the OBX!

Fantastic Host!!!

This property is immaculate! The house is comfortable and the host is A! They had a lot of rain before we arrived and the grass was quite tall. I let the host know and within the hour the landscaping crew was there. The house is off the beaten path with everything you need close by. The only drawback might be backing from the drive. It is located right in the middle of a sharp turn so use extra caution when backing out.

The house was very nice. Beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was missing pot holders to use when cooking.I also found the living room sectional very uncomfortable, The back of each section is flat with no cushion, even with the pillows it was very uncomfortable. I was also surpised that the lawn was not mowed. The information provided on the refrigerator did mention that it was mowed bi-weekly. If someone is renting this property I would expect the lawn to be mowed.Our stay was still nice.Cheryl
