2 bedroom (1 king, 2 twins, 1 rollaway) Sleeps 4-5.
Only bed linens provided. Min 3 night stay.
1.5 baths Towels & toiletries not provided.
2 floors (1st floor is at ground level)
Washer/dryer, 2 very close parking spots, very close to shopping and restaurants, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, & Disney +, 1 bike, beach chairs/toys, wagon, canopy, pack n play. -Hurricanes/tropical storms occasionally cause mandatory evacuations of the Outer Banks. I am unable to refund you if this happens during your stay.

Hi. My husband and I bought this house to enjoy as our crazy lives allow. We are renting it to help offset the costs. We are both teachers and we have two daughters, ages 17 and 15. We absolutely love the Outer Banks and visit multiple times a year despite the 9 hour drive. We even got engaged on the beach in Southern Shores 21 years ago! We have enjoyed the beach and shopping at the Outer Banks, but we’re hoping to get to all of the other exciting things like the tours/history, shows, restaurants, and water sports soon!
What makes this property unique
The entrance and 1st floor are at ground level and parking 20 feet from the front door, which makes things so convenient. The house is also in a great location if you like to do a little bit of everything. It´s a short walk to the beach and just a short drive from a ton of restaurants, activities, and shopping.
