The loved Bay Drive sound side walking & biking trail is position at the driveway of this property. Directly across the street is the 3rd Street sound access. The short drive down 3rd Street leads to all the convenances Kill Devil Hills has to offer at your fingertips. The house as recently been remodeled with new flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, decks and much more.
