DON'T RENT bedding, bath or beach towels , crib, highchair or bedding from a rental company . In your TOY ROOM, will be bicycles paddle board, boogie boards, coolers corn hole game and more. Ocean views. Easy, close beach access with boardwalk (with porta-potties. LIFEGUARD on duty at our beach during season.)
H2OBX Water Park is amazing! Water park is close, located on the mainland just across bridge.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wipe down in frig. Wash towels, place in dryer, press start. Do not launder bedding. Housekeeper launders. Flush toilets, wipe down w/ cleaner. pick up all outside cigarette butts ,empty the ashtrays.
Drive Home Safely!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SPRAY SUNCREEN APPLICATION IN HOUSE OR ON WOODEN DECK. CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULT AT ALL TIMES. NO WET BATHING SUITS INSIDE HOUSE.

We had a wonderful stay in Kitty Hawk! The location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to the ocean, which made beach days so easy and relaxing. It was also a great home base for exploring the area, with easy access to Duck, Corolla (including the wild horses), the Wright Brothers site, the Lost Colony, and the Elizabethan Gardens.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. The beds were cozy, and we especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub in the evenings after a full day out.Overall, a great place to stay, we’d definitely come back!

The host was great, very attentive, and immediately fixed a small problem we had. The house was immaculate and very classy and comfortable, with some games for families. Our teen boys loved their separate little space with the futon/raised bed, and also that downstairs room was super convenient to getting into the hot tub. Hot tub was easy to use. When we arrived (this was winter), the heat and lights were on so house was cozy and welcoming!

The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. Once you cross onto the OBX over the Wright Memorial Bridge and crest the hill, you are 1000 ft. from your vacation home. We are among the rare oceanside homes located immediately once you cross onto OBX. We do not use a property management company and are able to offer the most amenities and some of the lowest rates in the area. We clean, maintain and inspect rental cottage between tenants and give immediate attention to any issues.

Ocean views and beach access very close to beach cottage. Lie in bed and listen to the ocean waves. Drink your coffee on balcony and smell the ocean air. Take walks to the pier. Wake up to dolphins frolicking in the sea. Close to hiking in Kitty Hawk Woods. Stroll the maritime forest at Sandy Run Park. We are within walking distance to Duck Donuts, Hilton breakfast spot, Thai, Barbeque ,Kitty Hawk Pier and a convenience store. We are within 1,000' of Walmart, Starbucks, Marshalls, High Cotton Barbeque, Duck Donuts, 2 pizza places and 9 other restaurants, 3 grocery stores, , liquor store, fresh seafood market, 2 pharmacies and an Urgent Care.
