With 4 bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed, this property is perfect for families or friends looking for a terrific retreat. Enjoy the soothing vibes of 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and hair dryer. Plus, there are 2 additional spaces, one with a sofa bed and the other with a bunk bed, providing extra room for guests. 3 minute walk to public beach access. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Kill Devil Hills and our house has to offer. Hot Tub and Cargo lift. Meadowlark has a full kitchen supplied with most everything you need. Meadowlarks service fee covers cleaning, bath towels, and linens which is nice so you can just bring your bathing suits and shorts for your week at the BEACH. The host fee covers professional cleaning and provides all bath towels and supplies (hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. Feel free to utilize anything located in the garage.

The rooms were nice and clean the host was very nice we enjoyed everything and it was great that we could bring our fur baby with us that was a big plus we enjoyed the hot tube and pool table me and my family will definitely be booking our next stay with the host

Beachview property was very spacious, nice game room, well stocked kitchen, freight elevator was very convenient, bikes provided were much appreciated, pet friendly, just a little hike and tricky crossing busy street to beach, but discovered there is parking at beach access and Life Guard station next to this beach access with bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay even in spite of Hurricane Erin lots to do, enjoyed the Jockey Ridge dunes (definitely go in eve) and nature preserve hikes nice, Fresh Seafood Billys Seafood and family owned Endurance Seafood has blue crab by the bushel! great prices! The hot tub was nice but no privacy and jets too noisy. Otherwise would recommend!

Meadowlark is a family owned beach house. The service /Host fee covers a professional cleaning including bath towels and linens during your stay. Meadowlark is perfect for multifamilys and children wanting to enjoy a full week at the beach.

Why they chose this property

Kill Devil Hills is close to many resturants and shopping. Meadowlark is a short walk less than 3 minutes to a public beach access. In the garage are several beach toys and beach buggy that can be utilized. Feel free to use anything stored in the garage.

What makes this property unique

Meadowlark has just added a large hot tub which is available all seasons. Adult supervision is required for all hot tub usage. Please follow the rules posted. The owners added a cargo lift which is nice for lifting luggage and grocerys. Adult supervision is strickly required for lift operations. Absoluty no children are allowed to ride or play around lift during operations.
