Relax in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home inside the gate in Colington Harbour. This home has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, towels, and cozy bedding. Enjoy the Roku TV in the living room or queen bedroom at the end of the day. The front deck is furnished and ready for making memories. This family friendly community features a boat marina, neighborhood pool, soundside beach park with playground, dog park, and basketball court. You won't want to miss the sunset over the sound!
The sound is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive, the ocean is a short 10 minute drive away.

Erin and Joe reside in Johnston County, NC where they have a family business renovating and selling houses. Joe’s parents met in Colington in the early 70’s where his dad was a land developer and his mom was a Realtor!

We've always been mesmerized by the beauty the sound has to offer. Colington Harbour is family friendly AND quiet (yes those things can go together!).
