This unit was perfect for what we needed it for. It was a quiet unit with nice amenities and convenient to local stores and shops. I will say the only negative was that the bathrooms are a bit dated and there was a significant amount of rust in the sinks. Unfortunately, the weather was a little too chilly for the pool but I am sure on a nice warm day, it would be perfect for a dip in the pool or a quick walk to the beach. Overall, I would stay again.

Great place and location

My family and I came into town for the Night of Lights in St. Augustine. This quaint condo is perfectly situated about 18 minutes away from the noise and crowds which was great to come home to a quiet and serene area. The facilities are great and you’re a walk away from the beach! Highly recommend!

Great getaway

The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the nice extras like the beach toys, boogie boards and all the family games. The building was quiet and right next to the indoor pool.

Singing frogs

It was a beautiful property and easy walk to pool and beach. We did have some issues such as the shower pan in the second bathroom was cracked. It would leak to kitchen downstairs thru can light so we could not use the bathroom. The plumber came to see if he could fix it but had to wait until we checked out. Dishwasher was broken, upon arrival but the property management informed us of that problem right when we checked in. Other minor issues but the management was very good and quick to respond and try to fix what they could. All in all we enjoyed the condo even though there were issues. They did refund us half of our money which we were grateful for.

Nice beachside property

The property’s location and amenities are great. It has plenty of dishes to cook your own meals. Mattresses are a little outdated and too soft for our liking. There was a leak in the dishwasher, and the sink was clogged up. The property management response was prompt and everything was fixed the next day without any further issues. We didn’t use the dishwasher though at all. Overall it was a great stay, and if we are in the area we would stay again.

Quiet condo within walking distance of the beach

Condo was nice but a little rundown. The ac upstairs was very loud sounded like a plane taking off. But overall very nice with most everything we needed for a weeks stay.
