WHAT'S INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE

The garden features a raised terrace, furnished with a patio lounge and outdoor living space equipment, as well as a ping pong table (who says you can't be active while on vacation?).

Below, the swimming pool and its sun-bathing lounge chairs are waiting for you, your family or friends, for some relaxing time (after that exhausting ping pong game!).

Inside, the large open-floor plan greets you with four functional areas:

The kitchen: with top of the line equipment and well-suited for the best Chefs (microwave oven, cooking appliance, blender, and more).
The living room: with a large dining table that can accommodate 8 people.
The lounge area: to relax on the huge sofa and watch your favorite programs on the smart TV.
The office space: separated and quiet, with a printer at your disposal (if you really have to do some work!).

This open-floor space has direct access to the terrace through the large bay windows which provide an exceptional natural light throughout the entire room.

On the upper floor, your will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the bonus “movie theater” room, and on the outside, a side terrace along the house.

The main bedroom: a parental suite with a very comfy 180cm king size bed, its private shower room with double sink, towel dryer, toilets, as well as a large dressing room with a hair/make-up space. This bedroom suite opens to a side terrace that leads to the garden and the swimming pool, and features an unobstructed view.

Two similar bedrooms, each furnished with a 160cm queen size bed, dressing closet and study space. Both have access to the terrace as well.

A separate full bathroom (next to the two bedrooms) which includes tub, shower, double sink, towel dryer, and toilets.

The fourth bedroom: as a suite, with a 160cm queen size bed, a closet dressing and its own private shower room with toilets.

The last room on that floor: the unique “movie theater” room, featuring a sofa and an overhead projector.

Do you see yourself there yet? It's the ideal spot to spend some quiet quality time with family, where everyone will find their little slice of heaven and their own leisurely activities. Just put down your suitcases and enjoy the beautiful decoration and upscale amenities.

A LITTLE BIT OF GEOGRAPHY

You are only 5 minutes away from the center of the picturesque Provencal town of Valbonne, where you will find everything you will need, from stores to restaurants to cafes and other points of interest.
If you want to enjoy other famous places on the Riviera to visit, you can:

- Take a drive to Cannes, 30 minutes away, to discover its downtown and famous Croisette (and maybe see a movie star or two...).
- Go sunbathing on one of the beaches in the town of Juan-les-Pins (less than 25 minutes by car).
- Visit the medieval part of the city of Antibes or its water parks (less than 30 minutes away).
- Tour the unique town of Grasse to visit its world-renown perfume factories (only 20 minutes by car).

Check-out is any time before 11 am, check-in any time after 4 pm. We could arrange for later check-out or earlier check-in, subject to availability and time constraints. Please contact us with any special requests.
