Completely unobstructed view of the mountains and very quiet area in a dead end. No vis-à-vis.
The house has 6 bedrooms with + 1 independent studio (7 bedrooms in total with 12 beds including 1 for small children), large living room with a beautiful fireplace and a TV lounge, modern well-equipped kitchen open to the living room. Ideal for large families or 2 families. You have direct access to the Valmasque forest.
Kitchen and living room open onto a large sun-drenched terrace with a lighted swimming pool, summer lounge, pergola and a different barbecue area.
There is a large garage and an open parking lot.
