2 story L –shaped house. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them overlooking the garden and the pool, 2 of them overlooking a lavender field and terrace. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with oven and steamer, American fridge, induction plates as well as a living room, TV room and office. Further there are outside terraces, barbecue and a traditional pizza oven, pool house with shower and toilet, boccia field, tennis table, badminton, a car port and of course a big pool!

PLEASE BE AWARE of any other listings of this property on alternative websites like Le Bon coin, Holidu, etc. because they are SCAMS and this is the only real listing.

It was a seamless check in with the housekeeper giving us access on arrival. The villa is close to Nice airport and is a beautiful property with a huge pool. Our children were delighted to run around and jump in the pool all week. We made a few trips down to Antibes but Catherine was very good with communication and friendly. The villa is also very well equipped for younger children and the kitchen itself was probably the best we’ve used through an online rental. We enjoyed our week so much and would recommend to others!

Spacious & secluded house with beautiful grounds and large pool

This large house with a nice variety of spacious rooms worked fantastically for our two large families with 6 small children. We were only 20 minutes from central Nice but in the quietest spot with huge grounds. The kids loved the large pool. The house was really well provisioned with all of the kitchenware, appliances furniture, beautiful fittings that we could’ve wished for

Beautiful Villa

Had an amazing weeks stay, the property is beautiful with a huge amount of space for games and activities to keep a big group happy. The BBQ, pizza oven and large terraced area meant we could cook and eat outside every night. Catherine was great at getting back to me on any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Communication with the owner pre check in was great.When we arrived we were more than happy the property exceeded our expectations it was beautiful with a lovely big swimming pool and had all the amenities and more we needed for our seven day trip, including BBQ, pizza oven, numerous sitting areas inside and outside and a big kitchen. The only very small negative was check out, it stated 10am on Vrbo but the cleaners and maintenance staff arrived quite early so we felt a little under pressure. Although we spoke to the staff and they understood we hadn’t planned on leaving until 10 and they didn’t rush us.

3 families made up of 6 adults and 5 children age 7-12. A excellent time. had by all!

The villa and grounds are very spacious, other than the kitchen which is a bit small for catering for 11 people. Kitchen would benefit from an additional over and dishwasher. Property very clean and lots for children to keep occupied - pool, table tennis and badminton were a hit! Beautiful gardens but would suggest owner provides some citronella candles as lots of mosquitos and ants around! Only negative side is property is quite far from local town, so definitely need to hire cars, as too far to walk, and Uber kept cancelling drop offs and pick ups due to it's remote location. Overall, a great place to holiday with a large group of family and friends!

Very special villa and exceptional experience

The entire experience in working with the property manager and the local assistance was exceptional. They were very warm-hearted and went out of their way to make the stay special and accommodating. The villa itself was incredible. The pictures do not actually do it justice, which is funny because I thought the pictures were so great perhaps they were just really well done photos. The way the villa is situated on the lot, you drive up the driveway and it’s just this giant beautiful stone gem standing proud against this picture perfect garden. The entire property evokes peace and calm. Simply can’t be put into words. 10/10.

Superb villa. Bring mosquito repellent!

The villa is kitted out extremely well and the photos do not do it justice. The pool is huge and very clean. Kitchen equipment is very good. Outdoor kitchen also excellent. Outdoor play areas also brilliant for all ages. Because the lawn is so well watered it does harbour a lot of mosquitoes so make sure to pack and use lots of deet.

Outstanding service from initial enquiry through to final check out (even after check out Mrs Monnerat messaged to say hope our stay was enjoyable and asked for any recommendations) there were no recommendations myself and my family had an amazing holiday. Everything was catered for and thought through. Gerard the groundsman and the team prepared the Villa to a 5* standard. Cleanliness was second to none. This is an outstanding Villa, lots of space, big rooms, large grounds, very large pool, many outside seating areas, manicured gardens, private, bbq, pizza oven, even pool towel are provided hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

Perfect south of france holiday

everything was exactly as described and worked so well for our extended family group. Wonderful garden and pool that everyone loved. The housekeepers Gerard and Marianne were also lovely and attentive.

Hard to leave this lovely home

The property is wonderful. The swimming pool and gardens are stunning! The owner Catherine is super responsive and helpful. The villa is a short drive from Cagnes sur Mer which has wonderful bakeries and easy access to the freeway. A perfect base for exploring the area. Although you will be tempted to just stay home and lie by the pool!

A very nice and complete Villa

The villa offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay in the Côte. Complete kitchen, nice outside BBQ/pizza shed. Lovely gardens, lit at night. Awesome swimmingpool. Enough things to do in and around the house - from Table tennis to Chess, from Badminton to playing cards. Good airco in bedrooms, not on groundfloor. The info and communication with the owner and local service team are very warm and supportive when you need anything. We had a lovely holiday, 4 adults - 5 kids (range 9-17) and would recommend this place to everyone with a group/families between 7-12 people. Top House!

Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is provided. Our family, of four generations, enjoyed the large pool, ping pong table, the trampoline and the gardens. Caretaker, Gerard, is great and lives next door. Location is convenient for excursions to beaches or mountain villages.

Paradise found

Wonderful property in a quiet location but not far from the coast and major towns . The electric gates open, thus allowing you to view the well manicured gardens and buildings. The outdoor spaces are a delight to sit in and view the flora and fauna. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers; overall the pool is large, clean and heated. Inside the house there is plenty of room for a large group of people to gather together or have some alone time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or prepare food for the outdoor bbq or pizza oven, both of which are located in the outdoor kitchen. Bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds and spotless clean en-suite bathrooms. The property suited our large family gathering. Once inside those electric gates we were in paradise.

We rented the house in order to work on a project for a week. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Catherine was very helpful with all information that we needed before we booked and up until our arrival, and Marianne and Gerard looked after us and the house in the best way when we arrived. The house, the garden and the pool is well looked after and everything hold a high standard, and you have everything you need, including in the kitchen. The house and the garden provided the perfect environment for working (and relaxing) for a group of colleagues working together for a week. we had working meetings both inside and outside (in October), and there was also plenty of inspiring places to sit and do individual work. We planned for several activities in the area, but ended up spending most of the time at the house and prepare most of the meals there as well because we enjoyed staying there so much. I could not be happier with my choice, and really hope to be able to visit again.

A stunning family retreat!

Having rented many properties over the last few years, this was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The booking process was straightforward and the owner Catherine could not have been more helpful by providing us with dinner recommendations and ensuring we had access to the property as early as possible. Upon our arrival we were blown away by the size and layout of the property which is perfect for multiple families staying together. A lot of thought has obviously gone in to the comfort and convenience of their guests as the house was immaculate and well equipped with every mod con you would expect in your own home. The grounds and pool were much larger than we had expected and were beautifully maintained. We spent quite a few days just relaxing by the pool during our stay as it was so beautiful. The house is conveniently located very close to Haut de Cagnes and Cagnes sur Mer, and the A8 is very close by allowing easy access to Nice, Monaco and other major cities. The town of St Paul de Vence, Vence and Grasse are also all within a short drive, as well as the local supermarket and the Polygone-Riviera shopping mall. We could not have been happier with our choice of location for our family holiday and hope we will have the opportunity to go back again soon.

2nd year in a row + it was fantastic again.

The furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen appliances are all of such high quality. The house, the garden and (heated!!!) pool are in a mint condition, great to have ping pong, petanque and lots of space. Enjoyed being so close to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vance. There is a great shopping center very close by that just opened. Enjoyed playing the very friendly 9 hole golf course Villeneuve de Loubet as well as playing tennis a the nearby tennis center.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house!

We had a great 2 week stay in the Villa. First week with family, second week with friends. Both groups found it fantastic. The pool area is very spacious, with enough sunbeds. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis and jeux de boules. The kitchen and outside dining areas are very comfortable. We spent most of the time under the grapevines. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has AC (thas was very useful with the high temperatures). The villa is very close to Nice and the airport. The village of Cagnes is also nearby, you can easily reach it by car, without any traffic. One of our friends had his boat in the port of Saint Laurent du Var, which was also nearby. The seaside is very beautiful and we also saw some dolphins. A special thank you to Gerard and his wife, they were very helpful and so kind! We are already planning to come back next year!

When we saw the house the first time we simply had a crush on it. We loved the style (typical Vence stones) plus it offers endless possibility to enjoy the place with family and friends in a quiet and spacious environment yet close enough to the center of town and all attractions one might want to undertake on the French Riviera.

What makes this property unique

The house's concept offers corners for everyone to relax being it inside or outside on the various terraces, along the house, along the pool, towards the forest or towards the garden. The size of the pool makes it fun for everyone either to play or to train for serious laps! The back of the garden is the ideal sport to practice badminton, There is the ping pong table by the pool house as well as the boccia field. And the direct access to the woods make it a huge playground for small and big kids alike! It's the perfect place to spend holidays with group of friends or larger family or a quiet retreat. There are endless possibilities!
