Location: situated in the hills of Nice, in the commune of Colomars, 5 minutes from the Nice - Saint-Pancrace district, you are on a one-hectare property, in the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting with no neighbours. The house is ideal for family holidays and is ideal for sports groups or business groups (corporate greening...). Open all year round.

The Villa: This Provençal-style villa is over 350 m2 in size. Sea views from the villa and panoramic sea and mountain views from the terrace. Several parking spaces on the property, which is secured by a gate.

The villa has 7 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 15 people. Bedroom 7 is separated from bedroom 6 by a curtain. It has low ceilings and is therefore more suitable for children or young adults. Air conditioning and TV in 6 main bedrooms. 4 bathrooms / WC plus outdoor shower.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, espresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. Plenty of cutlery and utensils.
Large outdoor terrace with barbecue and 2 tables seating at least 8 people each.
Air-conditioned lounge/dining area with large 75" TV and pool table.

The swimming pool is very long (around 15 metres) and is ideal for swimming laps. It is available from May (sometimes April) to October. In spring and autumn, the pool is heated by a heat pump.

Activities :
Billiards, table tennis, children's basketball hoop, trampoline, PS4 games console, books and board games. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus available.
Fast fibre internet. Wifi throughout the house. Work spaces are provided.

Surroundings:
A supermarket (Spar Nice Saint-Pancrace) 7 minutes away by car. Bakery, butcher's, chemist and other shops in Colomars town centre 5 minutes' drive away.
Ideal starting point for Côte d'Azur tourism (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Italy).
Ideal starting point for many sports, the Nice region benefiting from both the Mediterranean and the Alps: all water sports (beaches 25 minutes from the villa), hiking, cycling / mountain biking, canyoning. The mid-range mountains are just a few minutes away and the villa is 1 and half hours from the ski resorts south of the Alps.

Park: The park is a privileged space where pines, palms, yuccas, etc. grow. If you like Mediterranean or exotic plants, you will be delighted.

Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price.

You are 15/20 minutes from the centre of Nice, 20 minutes from the Allianz Riviera stadium, and 25 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and Nice airport.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Lentis. The owners were very attentive and the home was spacious and worked well for our group of twelve. The very large pool was an attraction for our grandchildren and the views from the villa were spectacular. Villa Lentis is a little remote but well worth the extra effort. On the plus side, the location afforded us the chance to find great local restaurants and businesses outside the normal tourist haunts.

Crown Jewel with complete Privacy

We had a brilliant week staying at Villa Lentis in August. All facilities were as described (if not better) and the heated pool is simply the biggest we have had the pleasure of using following trips to multiple other locations. All mod cons are included in the property and the BBQ area that overlooks the bays in the distance is excellent - especially if the fireworks are on display, as they were when we stayed. Can't recommend Lentis enough and we will definitely be looking to return!

We were a group of 10 people who have had a few nice days in Villa Lentis. The kitchen was top notch with all the accessories needed both for cooking and serving. The layout of the house suited the group well and was absolutely optimal for our gathering. Pleasant hosts with great care for their tenants. Can definitely be recommended.

Perfect Place for Family Vacation

We recently stayed at Villa Lentis and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The villa easily accommodated our family of 14. Our host answered every question we had and made the check-in/check-out process very smooth. We loved being just outside the city of Nice, but close enough to make day trips to Monaco, Eze, the Nice train station, trout fishing in the Var River, and easy access to food/shopping in Nice. Our group ranged in ages from 8-65 and we all enjoyed the pool and having family dinners on the amazing patio that overlooked the Mediterranean. I would highly recommend this Villa.

Grand Prix Getaway

Twelve family members, from 16 - 60, stayed at Villa Lentis to both take in the Grand Prix of Monaco and to honor and commemorate my late wife. The villa is simply stunning! The incredible views are equaled by the expertly curated flora on the property. The accommodations are just as described - light, spacious, comfortable and clean. The property is secluded, quiet, and serene. The hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming, both before and during our stay. We had a wonderful time creating lasting memories. Would absolutely book again!

Beautiful stay in greater Nice

The property was beautiful; pictures listed do not do it justice. Ample space for our group of 8. The road up from Nice winds through a couple peaks. We had no trouble traversing it with a full size van. I recommend a car rental as Ubers were more difficult to get with a group our size. Check in/out was smooth - great communication with the host. They even helped arrange for us to have a chef come in and cook a coursed dinner on our last night.

A birthday celebration

I wanted to pick a special place to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. This property was ideal! There are several spaces where guests can gather together or go off alone. The large enclosed sitting rooms had fantastic views of the nearby hills. The pool was excellent and extremely well maintained. The hosts were extremely considerate and responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this oasis if you are looking for a wonderful place for a group gathering. The location is ideal for proximity to Nice and the other cities along the Cote d'Azur.

Anniversary Tour

Everything was as expected. No issues. Kids loved the pool ping pong and pool table. Rooms were large enough. We all enjoyed the enclosed porch. Etienne was great on arrival and departure. I also contacted him a couple of times with questions and he was responsive. My only add would be more closet space or luggage racks.

Perfect Holiday Home

We had the most amazing stay and our hosts were welcoming and friendly. They were at the villa to greet us upon arrival and show us around the house and how to use everything. The villa itself is in perfect condition and everything was perfectly clean. It was late August and the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the pool was like a 5-star hotel pool. We had 13 people in our group with 10 adults and 3 children, and we could have fit 2 more people very comfortably in the villa. Everyone had privacy and space throughout the house, and we were all very relaxed by the end of our stay. 5 STARS, EXCELLENT HOSTS!!! Thank you again!!!

A Fantastic Vacation Home

We stayed at Villa Lentis for a week with extended family ranging in ages from 7 to 60s. There was plenty of room for our group of 13 to comfortably spread out. The Villa was amazing with many activities to entertain everyone. The pool was huge with plenty of pool toys for the kids. We also enjoyed the ping pong and billiards tables. The kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals at home. The location was superb for visiting Nice and other smaller villages in the area. Lisa was exceptional with communications, from when we first booked, to providing tons of info prior to our stay, and even checking in during our visit to ensure all was going well. I would highly recommend! Many thank to the Villa Lentis team for providing us with an excellent vacation home!

Fantastiskt hus!!!

Huset erbjuder en fantastisk semester upplevelse. Det har allt, många sovrum kombinerat med generösa sociala ytor som kök matsal och vardagsrum och ett glasat uterum. Fastigheten har också utmärkta möjligheter för aktiviteter såsom en underbar swimmingpool med solterass, biljard, bordtennis. Helt enkelt ett semester paradis för den större familjen med vänner. Läget är perfekt med utsikt över medelhavet. Lätt att nå olika utflyktsmål såsom, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monoaco, Provenece bergen.

Une superbe maison magnifiquement équipée

Notre séjour à 11 personnes s'est passé de façon très agréable dans cette maison superbement équipée. La piscine en particulier est splendide. Les chambres et salles de bains sont toutes confortables et la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la table de ping pong et du billard, en raison du mauvais temps. Un lieu que nous recommandons fort, donc.

Super ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen ( im Alter von 14 bis 60 ) und haben 6 Tage in der Villa verbracht. Alle Personen fanden das Haus super! Der Pool wurde extra für uns schon im April beheizt ( normalerweise erst ab 1.Mai ) und wurde jeden Tag wärmer. Das Wetter war auch außergewöhnlich gut, jeden Tag Sonne und über 20°C im April, der Pool hatte dadurch am letzten Tag 27°C! Ein echtes Highlight ist auch der große überdachte Terrassenbereich mit super Ausblick über das Hinterland von Nizza bis hin zum Meer. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und antwortete immer sehr schnell. Bis Nizza sind es nur ein paar Kilometer, auch die vielen umliegenden Städte wie Antibes, Cannes und Monaco sind gut erreichbar. Da das Haus auf den Hügeln hinter Nizza liegt, muss man ein paar Serpentinen und Kurven in Kauf nehmen, aber diese lohnen sich sehr! Falls man keine Lust hat selbst zu kochen und sehr nah etwas essen möchte, im Restaurant L'Escapade in Colomar findet man gute französische Landküche, auch mit tollem Ausblick! Gerne würden wir möglichst bald mal wiederkommen!

Wonderful Retreat

The property is close to Nice, but perfectly quiet and huge. The pool is well suited for 10+ visitors, the villa of course, too. Everything as perfectly funtioning and the host family is very caring. It is a really perfect spot for a great holiday and quite close to vistit Nice and the bach and sea every day if wanted. We (13 people of age 9 to 59) fully enjoyed our stay at Villa Lentis.

Retraite totale et ravissement

Très belle maison surplombante avec une vue imprenable à 180° - calme assuré, belles dimensions des pièces de vie et des chambres. Magnifique terrasse offrant la vue sur le cap d'Antibes et très belle grande piscine. L'accès à la maison par la route très sinueux donc la prudence s'impose mais la récompense se justifie quand on y arrive! François, le propriétaire, est très attentionné et réactif sans être intrusif. Très beau séjour!

A picture-perfect retreat with stunning views and great host

What a weekend! I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I was staying with a group of 11 and there was plenty of space for all of us both indoors and outdoors for barbecues and relaxing by the pool, and plenty of indoor entertainment including table tennis and large TVs in each bedroom. Everything was in very good condition and the pictures do not do the incredible views justice! Colomars is a stunning area and very peaceful but the villa is also very easily accessible from the airport and Ubers are only about 25 minutes and €25 into central Nice if you need them. Francois was the perfect host, answered all our queries very quickly and had lots of advice for shopping and directions. Great value for money. I hope to come back soon!
