About this property

Located on the eastern slope of Cap d'Antibes, a 10-minute walk from the Garoupe beaches and various local shops (grocery store, butcher, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy ...), this beautiful Provencal villa completely renovated and furnished tastefully can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 4 children.

Access to the house is through a beautiful shaded terrace overlooking the living room, the dining room that can accommodate 12 guests and the fully equipped American kitchen. On this same main level there is 1 double bedroom with shower room and toilet, 1 children's bedroom (2 bunk beds or 4 beds) with shower room and toilet and 2 double bedrooms sharing the same bathroom and toilet.

On the 1st level, a master bedroom (with shower room and toilet) offers a lovely open view of the sea.

In the basement is an area equipped with a large freezer and an additional fridge as well as a large utility room equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

An independent studio (a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a shower room and toilet) completes the house.

The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a solarium area (equipped with 2 teak deckchairs to which 10 beach-type sun loungers can be added), a pergola housing a dining table for 10 people and a lounge area. A shaded lawn, a furnished pétanque court, a barbecue area and a table football complete the outdoor facilities.

All rooms have air conditioning, plenty of storage space and a TV.

The villa is equipped with a wifi system.

Towels and linens are provided. We also make sure that you have basic cleaning products.

The villa is protected by an alarm system connected to a security service which sends security guards on site as soon as a problem is reported.

Located in the heart of Cap d'Antibes, between prestige and unspoiled nature, the villa benefits from a privileged environment offering a large number of leisure activities: bar, restaurants, nightclubs, hikes, tennis, fitness centers, jet ski, water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle, kite surfing, boats, swimming with dolphins, sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkling ...

The villa is located 40 minutes by car from Nice Airport. Cannes Croisette and 25 minutes, old Antibes 10 minutes and the center of Juan-les-Pins 8 minutes.
You can easily park your vehicle on the street in front of or within the property since it has 2 parking spaces.

Amazing property, even prettier in person!

This property is just magical. We had 12 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable for our week stay. The management was so responsive and helpful if we needed anything! We didn’t have a car and we’re usually able to get Ubers within 20 minutes or scheduled taxi services. The neighborhood was easily walkable to several restaurants too. Cannot recommend enough and hope to go back soon! Thank you, Laurence, for making our stay so wonderful!

It could not be better!

The whole family had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa, garden and surroundings. The property is even more beautiful than shown in the prospect.. Very well equipped; - we loved the two bikes. We really recommend the place, and would love to come back.

We stayed in the villa for 9 nights, and were very happy it. We found it spacious, comfortable, and well decorated, with nice art. Very warm Provençal feeling. Excellent, large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nice view of the sea. The kitchen was well equipped. Pretty, well-kept grounds. Nice, quiet location, with a fun view of a nearby lighthouse. Laurence, the property manager, was helpful, as well as very pleasant and responsive. Overall, it was a beautiful home and we would happily recommend it.

Provenzalische Villa mit Charme

Wunderschönes Haus mit zauberhafte Charme! Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit der gemütlichen überwachsenen Terrasse mit großem Tisch, großem Tisch auf dem Sonnendeck direkt am Pool oder aber Lounge zahlreiche Lieblingsplätze auch rund ums Haus. Die Jungs haben natürlich den großen Pool und den Garten geliebt. Unsere hilfsbereite und super freundliche Verwalterin Laurence hat uns perfekt betreut. Egal, ob wir die Reinigungskräfte noch einmal haben wollten oder eine neue Gasflasche zum Grillen brauchten: Laurence hat alles umgehend für uns organisiert. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder !

Lovely house

We spent a wonderful couple of weeks in Cap d’Antibes. The house was very comfortable and well equipped - offering all we needed for 2 families with kids. It even had a couple of baby beds, a bouncy chair and changing table. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and peaceful garden as well.
