Welcome to BRAMAFAM PROPERTY

Former property of SIMCA BECK, where JULIA CHILD lived for many years.
The Bastide is nested in a beautiful 2 hectares land terrassed with olive trees. ideal for quiet and serene moments, pool heated (from end April to end October)!
The house is within 5/10 minutes from 8+ golf courses, tennis courts and villages with restaurants and local markets. Valbonne village, one of the prettiest is 5mn drive, Grasse the parfum capital is only 10mn away.
Cannes BEACH WITHIN 20MN !
Nice airport 25mn.
The house has been restored with high endings.
THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPED, All BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and "EN SUITE" BATHROOMS.
Upon arrival, the reception is fully personalized, all linen is provided and regular cleaning of the house is planned.

Bramafam was perfect for our family stay. Alexandra is an exceptional host, available and responsive for any needs. The grounds are more beautiful in person. Epicurean Exchange's Preferred Residence

Epicurean Exchange (www.epicureanexchange.com) from San Francisco, has rented this extraordinary property 3 times in 18 months bringing food tour groups. An exceptional location, close to the coast, foothills and surrounding mountains. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and the owners are very attentive and available. An absolute Alpes-Maritimes gem

Bramafam is a rare find, a carefully and beautifully curated villa surrounded by peace and stunning views. The interior is beautiful and calming, with an amazing open plan cook's kitchen, stylish dining and living space, comfortable seating areas and elegant bedrooms. The air conditioning is silent so sleep is blissful. Every room is en-suite and well appointed. Outside there are numerous sitting areas offering both sun and shade. The pool area is sublime and you truly could spend the whole day there, with its well stocked kitchen complete with cooking facilities and fridge, toilet, and plenty of comfortable loungers and chairs. The hosts are lovely, helpful and easy to contact, both before and after booking, and while at the villa. Thank you Alexandra and Pierre for an idyllic stay!

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable au Domaine de Bramafam. La propriété est absolument magnifique, avec une maison dont l'intérieur est tout simplement splendide. Le mélange unique de l'ancien et du moderne crée une atmosphère très spéciale. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la buanderie est un atout, et les nombreux patios extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement de la lumière naturelle. Le domaine est entouré de nombreux oliviers et peuplé de lapins en liberté, ce qui ajoute à la sérénité des lieux. C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. L'accueil était chaleureux et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu d'exception pour leurs vacances!

Incredibly beautiful

A paradise on earth. Our expectations were more than exceeded. From the first contact with Alexandra, to the completion of the booking, information on arrival, equipment of the house, everything worked perfectly. Alexandra is a nice and obliging hostess, she is always available and will answer all your wishes. The house is a dream, even more beautiful than on the pictures, the property is perfectly maintained, the garden and shrubs are idyllic and the pool is also amazing. When we entered the house, we were amazed. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are also very, very nice. We enjoyed our stay from the first second and had to leave the property with a heavy heart. We fell in love:-) The area is also very, very nice, the distances to Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes are very short. Alexandra, thank you very much that we were allowed to enjoy your piece of jewelery for a week. I hope we will come back.

Gracious Owner who makes Life Here Very Easy

Stayed 2 weeks. Alexandra, the owner, is a consummate professional. Responds very quickly (within minutes) to everything. Nothing is impossible for her to arrange...all done with a smile. There were issues such as an old stove, but to compensate there are two large refrigerators and a glorious kitchen filled with nearly every tool that a gourmet chef could want. Pool area is especially lovely, albeit a steep walk up a path....but the views alone were worth the trek. Highly recommended for the discerning traveler who desires a bit of understated elegance in country living.

Fabulous Provence Retreat

We’d give it 10 stars if we could! We had a group of 12, seven of whom were participating in cooking classes at La Peetch which is next door. Several of the group stayed at this wonderfully restored and beautifully appointed home. Alex is a gracious host, checking in to make sure all was well throughout the week. And I must mention the infinity pool which is amazing — a delightful afternoon respite after cooking or sightseeing and perfect for morning yoga or evening aperitifs with a gorgeous view of the Provençal sunset!

Exceptional Place 20 minutes away from Cannes

We stayed in this wonderful house during the Cannes Film Festival away from the noise of the town and this was a great choice. The owner was very helpful and the house was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place for the beautiful surroundings and the comfort and design of the house. A must see and live. I will definitely rent this beautiful house again.

Prachtig huis op een prachtige plek

Deze oude Mas is geheel met zorg gerenoveerd en uitgebouwd met de mooiste materialen. De indeling is ideaal, ruime slaapkamers met allemaal een eigen badkamer. Schoon, smaakvol en modern ingericht. Ideaal om met het hele gezin en aanhang te verblijven. Heerlijk zwemdeck en overloopbad met uitzicht in de verte op de dorpjes Grasse en Plascassier. 20 minuten van Cannes, Antibes, Theoules sur Mer, Juan Les Pins. Valbonne en Mouans Sartoux op een paar minuten afstand. Restaurants, Tennis en Golf in de directe omgeving. Eigenaar was onzichtbaar maar ter plaatse als dit nodig was, zeer servicegericht. Kortom, het aanbevelen waard we gaan volgend jaar weer!
