Superb waterfront villa with panoramic sea view that can accommodate up to 12 people.

Private swimming pool and its small garden.

Ideally located facing the sea, this beautiful residence will seduce you with its exceptional location.

Who says sea front also means railroad, however the villa is excellently sound insulated.

You will appreciate its brightness and its many exterior accesses.

It consists of a very spacious living room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the swimming pool.

A second living room is also there where you can watch TV.

Fully fitted and equipped American kitchen open to its dining room opening onto the terrace.

6 bedrooms:

3 bedroom with double bed (160/200)
3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds 90/200 - (possibility according to need to put them together to make a double bed 180/200).

One of the bedrooms is located on the mezzanine above the living room. (Double bed)

Another bedroom located on the ground floor is connected with another bedroom.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom + direct access toilet.

The stay was very goodWe enjoyed it very much, the maintenance was good, including the arrival of a gardener and pool man, and there was no shortage of linens, towels and sheets, good level of cleanliness.Parking is a little far away, and I would recommend installing air conditioners in the rooms on the basement floor as well.

Great location with seaview

Our group of three enjoyed our stay very much - especially the sea views and superb location. Every morning I went for a run to La Croisette (about 12 minutes away running along the coast). There are two supermarkets nearby and the central part of Cannes is a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location with beautiful views. The house was lovely and large enough for a large group. The host was very easy to get hold of and answered promptly. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, utensils, cups and glasses. Cons: limited supply of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. The house can be cleaner as the floors were dirty. Overall great house, great location and the host was very kind. I highly recommend this house.

Weekend away

A group of 9 spent the weekend away in this villa in Cannes. Great location for getting Ubers into town, although the train going past every 15 mins ish was very loud which we only knew about from reading previous reviews. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Great home

Really enjoyed the house. Everything and more. Pool was wonderful. The only downside a bit was the train but once the indows and doors were closed for the night no problem very quite for sleeping. The bedroom’s downstairs were a bit warm with noAC but the fans really helped. Jean Philip was really helpful checking us in.

nice spot with a lot of traffic

Good villa with plenty of space for a larger group of people. The view is exceptional. I was a bit stressed by the heavy traffic on the road nearby. Also the frequency of all the trains passing just a few feet from the pool are a bit challenging. The kitchen was well equipped and communication with the owners was flawless.

Family reunion

Beautiful house with lots of space for a family of 12. Loved having the pool to cool off. Having 2 living rooms (two rooms with couches) was great for the extra space. Train passes right behind house, but is loud for only 6-10 seconds. Can’t hear the train much from inside.

Fantastic stay, great villa

Me and my girl friends had a fabulous stay at this villa. The pool was lovely and warm, it was all very well equipped and in a great location for a local bakery, supermarket and to the beach (20 mins walk). The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had or advice I needed. My only comments would be that 3 of the bedrooms on the lower level didn’t have air conditioning so they were a little warm although there were fans in each of those rooms to make it more comfortable. Also the property backs onto the railway line so trains passed by throughout the day next to the pool area which was a little noisy but didn’t effect our stay at all.

Great villa

Lovely property with lots of space for 6 of us, each with our own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and very clear instructions on how to use things. Train goes past right in front of the villa but wasnt too bad, its only for a few seconds and you really only hear it if youre outside. Our only challenge was there was no lockbox for keys, and only 2 sets of keys were given so we had to coordinate to swap over keys during the day between the 6 of us who were all doing different things. Would recommend they investigate a secure box for the key to be kept during the day.

Nice house with excellent management

The house is nice and true to description and pictures. It has pretty much all you need, we asked the management for a couple of things during our one month stay and they were always super helpful, on top of it and responsive. The house itself is a bit old but well kept, my only suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen stuff. The rooms bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean but some areas of the house needed a deeper clean, they have a cleaning service who did a great job. The view and garden are amazing, the train does bother some people the first day they are there but then you get used to it, it was our silence and breathing time. We always found parking either two or 4 blocks away. We had family and friends and everybody had their space, I would really consider adding ac downstairs, the kids didn’t mind it but I do think it would be a plus. We had overall an amazing time and would definitely rent the property again.

A Lovely Villa with Perfect Views

For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement bedroom fans as they didn’t work properly. Also be aware of the car parking, the listing on Vrbo says there is parking, but it is on the street 300m away if you can find a space. None of the above were showstoppers and we would definitely stay again.

Le logement est vraiment top ! Très propre, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, maison magnifique. L’hôte est accueillant, arrangeant et répond rapidement à toutes vos questions : tout est parfait. Seul petit point à noter : la proximité du train peut générer un peu de bruit, mais honnêtement on s’y fait vite. Beautiful house with spectacular view

Beautiful villa with view of l'isle Margeurite. Our family of 9 visited Cannes and this was a wonderful place to stay. Close to boulangerie and beach. The trains do go by frequently, but are not very loud, and were a highlight for some guests!

Nice house with spectacular sea view

It's a charming house with a stunning view on the sea and big terrace. Everything was fantastic! Railway road runs close to the house, but after a couple of days we've got accustomed to this.
