Splendid modern villa of Californian style, sumptuous sea view on lérins islands, neat decoration. Private pool, sea 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car (easy access), quiet in lush greenery of the Estérel Nature Park (abundant palms, lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees, lavender jasmines ...) , wifi, air conditioning. Beautiful garden with flat lawn where children can play.
Sandy beaches and magnificent creeks of the Esterel massif plunging their red rocks in the turquoise blue of the sea.
Villa located in Trayas, bordering Theoule sur mer. The holiday activity takes place on Théoule sur mer: its sandy beach of Miramar and its shops, the nearest gourmet restaurants: The port of Figueirette. Water activities (skiing, diving, sailing, kayaking, fishing ...) golf, tennis, cycling, hiking starting at the foot of the villa. The 4 star Hotel SPA 'Miramar Beach Hotel' and the 'Tiara Hotel' are nearby. A grocery store 10 minutes walk from the villa is very convenient for bread, croissants, newspapers, fruit .... For the big races we go by car to the giant Casino of Mandelieu.
This paradise is a real pleasure to share with family or friends. Close to Cannes (25 minutes by car), Saint Raphael (25 minutes), Saint Tropez: 60 km, Nice Airport (40 min / 40 km).

Magnificent view, peace and quiet

We will never forget the view. Dining outside, looking over the Mediterranean from the terrace is a memory we will cherish for a long time. Bonus was the super-moon that appeared during our stay. Nothing more magnificent than a red moon over a blue sea. The house has air-conditioning on both floors and with temperatures in the high 20s (Celsius) or 80s (Fahrenheit) kept the house at a lovely temperature, which offered a nice break from the heat outside. When we arrived the a/c was not on, and I cannot imagine having to stay (trying to sleep) in this area without a/c. The area is very quiet. Cicadas are the loudest thing around; a nice background noise that goes will with the scenery. Getting to the beach was very easy. About a fifteen-minute walk downhill, which makes for a sweaty walk back uphill. We decided to drive instead and parking at the beach was never a problem the first week of July. The beach is clean, plenty of fish to see when snorkeling, watersport rentals provided great entertainment, and with four restaurants right on the beach we enjoyed the variety of menus that brought. The saltwater pool was a revelation. So much nicer than a chlorine one. We had a great stay and if you do not mind very firm mattresses (too firm and uncomfortable for one of us, perfectly comfortable for the other half) we would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for peace, quiet and magnificent views.

Sehr schöne Lage in ruhiger Gegend.

Das schöne Haus hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Lsgr ist super. Die Betten sind sehr konfortabel. Ideal für 2 Familien um ruhige Ferien ze verbringen.

Divine oasis

The photos do not do the tranquility of this house justice! The saltwater pool, the multiple verandas to watch the sun rise, or just stare out to sea, the comfy beds and the wonderful owner - who couldn’t have been more accommodating or kind - made this truly one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!

Super Villa in toller Lage!

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Toller Meerblick in guter Lage. Großer sauberer Pool. Problemlose An- und Abreise. Würden immer wieder kommen. Haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cette villa située dans un bel,environnement ( accès très facile à la plage et a de nombreux restaurants) est très agréable à vivre. Sa vue imprenable ainsi que son intérieur sont des atouts relis de cette maison de vacances. La piscine est également un point fort pour passer une journée au calme. A recommander.

La vue n'est pas seulement magnifique, les proprietaires de cette villa sont charmants, a l'ecoute et soucieux de votre bien etre. La villa est comfortable, bien equipee et le jardin delicieux! l'endroit paisible. Avec ou sans enfants vous y passerez de tres jolies vacances. Amazing view! The owners are very nice and will make sure you 'll have an amazing stay. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. The garden is beautiful and delicious.
