Great location for Clemson weekend.

Clemson fall weekend activity unlocked! Avoided the expense and busyness of Greenville and Clemson by staying in this nicely appointed family home in Easley about 20 minutes from campus. Perfect for multiple families and close to everything. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Linda lane review

Hostess was very accommodating any issues that came up she was over within minutes. The remodel was beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, and also the deck. The little details made a big impact, such as Ribbon around each towel set and checking in making sure everything is ok. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion would be a deeper clean in the basement floor area and something to hang clothes in/on in the basement bedroom. Hope to return again in the near future.

A great stay for a small group

We had a wonderful stay here over a long weekend for new years. The house was in great condition and a good fit for our small group of 6. It was in a great location as well for us to visit both Greenville and Clemson SC. I would highly recommend this stay.

About the host

Hosted by Debra Mowery

Host profile image
I was born in France and educated in both England and Japan, my primary states of residency have been Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina in the United States. My travels included many trips to the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America and the middle and western United States. My travel list is currently "incomplete". I love to travel and I love comfortable pretty environments!

As a military brat I was raised mostly aboard and on the east coast. Thus, I have a great deal of travel miles under my belt. Through my travels I have almost always been fortunate enough to have found myself in a comfortable place to stay.. These experiences along with the open door policy of my family, have provided me with positive memories and a promise to maintain the same philosophies when I consider my guests.

I love both the excitement and entertainment of the city and the laid back, rural country life. But, it is the small town living that attracts me the most. Almost always I see a true reflection of American life in the comradery and the creativity that abound in a small town. Small town USA seems to be of great beauty to me.

I have been recognized with both State and National Congressional Awards for my business and entrepreneurial skills. My education includes Temple University, and Towson University as an accounting major . I developed a successful Accounting Firm, which serviced primarily equestrian clients along the East Coast. Participated and received awards in the American Equestrian League and announced at various Equestrian Shows. When I relocated and proudly declared South Carolina my state of residency, the Accounting Firm became under the ownership of my daughter.

With a new sense of adventure I pursued my current career which also includes, "you guessed it", more travel. Travel, whether for business or pleasure can be made so much more enjoyable knowing that your destination is both comforting and welcoming.

Why they chose this property

What a great location this house is in. I loved the fact that the house was 3 minutes from the center of Easley and that Easley was up and coming. Located close to Greenville and a straight shot drive to Clemson, the lakes and the mountains. There are water falls and hiking near by. Views of the lakes. Near to the mountains. Just Ideally located

Grocery store less than a half mile and restaurant's and entertainment right down the road.

The house just speaks comfort. You can feel it when you walk in. It truly is a warm and welcoming home and you will love it there. Nice open feel, yet places to find privacy.
Just a really well thought out plan.

What makes this property unique

This house reminds me of the house I grew up in, when I was state side. There was always a open door policy at that house. I have fond memories of that house and this one just speaks to me some how. I suppose because I felt a sense of safety in that home I grew up in, as I do at this one. The only thing that's missing is the ice cream truck. We had a small front porch and as kids we would sit and wait to hear the music.
