Enjoy all the assets of Dunkirk in the heart of the quiet citadel district and 2 steps from the city centre, port and beach.
Beach 15 minutes walk. 8 minutes by bike.

This new apartment of 45 m2 with its terrace of 18 m2 will accommodate up to 4 people.

Totally new apartment, comprising:
- A living room with a 160 cm sofa bed
- a dining room with a round table for 4
- a kitchen with large fridge, combined microwave and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, croque set, party pancake
- One bedroom with queen size bed (160)
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- a terrace of 18 m2

We prepare your bedding, provide bed linen, as well as shower towels.

Free Wi-Fi is available and a smart TV is available.

You will enjoy all the activities offered at the beach, in the museums or in the theatres or enjoy the calm and walks in the dunes.

You will find museums, water sports, swimming pool, bowling, casino, ice rink, bars, restaurants...

A 2-minute walk away, we recommend:

    Appartement très spacieux, fonctionnel, bien situé à côté d'un parking gratuit jamais complet donc aucun souci pour se garer. Il y a également un local vélo sécurisé. Nous avons emmené nos vélos et c'était franchement top, les vélos permettant de rejoindre aisément les gigantesques et magnifiques plages de Dunkerque trop éloignées à pied. A noter que les transports en commun sont gratuits.

    L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La résidence est calme. Mais c’est un rez de chaussée avec vue sur le parking.

    Bonjour Fabienne Contente que l’appartement vous ait plu. Concernant le parking, il est en effet en face de l’appartement comme on peut le voir sur une des photos et l’appartement donne aussi sur les quais.
