Great location, view of ocean and easy access to beach. Kitchen was well stocked andappliances were all in good working condition. Only complaint was with mattresses which were all sagging in the middle and bunk beds were all squeaky when you moved in them.

Overall the property was OK for the price. Wasn’t bad but surely wasn’t great. Location is great and faces the ocean. The property is a little rundown and wasn’t the best cleanliness wise - floors were sandy, utility room as a mess and not clean, and towels were stained - as examples. Host was prompt with communication and friendly. For the price the property is…..OK.

The arcade game doesn’t work which was disappointing for the kids in my group. One of the bunk beds was very squeaky every time you move. Location and view were wonderful. I love this complex. I have stayed in several different units.

The property was clean and directly across from tydd we beach. The location was spacious with a nice size deck to lounge. The ocean view was great. The only issue was the lack of direction upon arrival. Overall an excellent experience and we will visit again.

Great location

The property location was perfect! Directly across from the beach with the walkway in front of the unit. There were two nice balconies to look out at the Gulf. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions.
