The accommodation:
The villa is composed of a large bright living room with fireplace, a dining room with views of the pool and the garden.

A second living room with large television and its home cinema awaits you to enjoy good times with family or friends.

The kitchen is equipped with all comforts (microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, 2 refrigerators, freezer, nespresso coffee maker, etc)

The bedrooms are composed of double beds, the master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, the other two with a 140x200 bed, a children's bedroom with a 90x200 single bunk bed. The villa is equipped with a
Outbuilding (with sanitary facilities), consisting of two single beds (90x200) and a double bed (160x200). Linen is provided (sheets and towels), it is hotel linen provided by a rental company.

Two refurbished bathrooms are available in the main villa, one with bath and a very large shower, the other with shower, as well as 2 separate toilets with washbasin. The outbuilding is equipped with a brand new shower room with toilet.

The terrace has a large dining area with gas plancha, sheltered by a pergola with retractable awning. Various garden furniture and sunbeds await you to enjoy the heated swimming pool (from May to October).

You can park a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. 2000m² fully enclosed plot.

The wifi is unlimited, you have a station to charge electric cars.

Passenger access:
The villa is entirely reserved for you during your stay.

Other notes:
The pool has an alarm but is not suitable for babies or young children (no barrier). You must be careful about its use if you come to spend your holidays there. Parties and excessive noise pollution are not allowed, out of respect for the area.

A concierge will manage the rental, will be present on your arrival and departure and can answer your questions during your stay. The cleaning fee includes cleaning (360€), the concierge fee for check-in and check-out (40€). The rental of all bed linen and towels is included in the rental price
