Cool house and location

We had our annual VRBO vacation at Owl's Nest and really enjoyed the area and the house. There were a few issues, but communication with Eric and Natalie was great. We saw lots of wildlife and really enjoyed the huge deck.

Great for two families

We enjoyed our stay here with our kids and our friends with their kids-9 total. Beds were comfortable, accommodations were cozy, the pool table was a hit, we loved drinking leisurely coffee til noon on that shaded back porch and enjoyed a beautiful summer day at the club amenities ($12/person extra) where we took out kayaks, enjoyed mini golf, swam in the lake and the pool!

Cabin was clean, easily accessible and the amenities made it SO worth it! We didn’t leave the property for anything. Me and my family used everything available, the pools in the area were very big, and accommodating.. Overall an amazing experience. We would stay here again!

The Owls Nest was a great place to stay.!There was plenty of room and the home had enough activities to keep the kids busy in the evenings, with a pool table and ping pong. Eric and Natalie were very responsive .They answered all my questions and made the process very easy.

Great house

The house is spacious, clean and renovated with tennis table and foosball table game. Short driving distance (5min) to the lake and pool. Walking distance (3min) to kids play ground and tennis court. The owner provided tennis rackets and balls set, basketball and soccer balls, and games for kids. The owners are receptive, clear with instructions and organized. Our family enjoyed the stay and hope to come back soon!

Poconos Weekend

Highly recommended. The house was perfect, plenty of outdoor space and pool / ping pong inside. A short walk out the back of the house was a great playground for kids beside the lake. The little ones and I had a great time adventuring around. We even saw our neighbor hand feeding a deer. Eric and Natali were very responsive. You won't be dissapointed.

Oh, We'll be back!!

The home is AMAZING!! My family and I (All 8 of us...) had an amazing time! We had everything we needed, and was even surprised to find things we assumed wasn't available (hello, grill seasonings!!). The surprises continued as we grilled on the last night and discoveted a tree house nearby (!!!!)!! Me and my 30+ year old sister squealed like children and planned to definitely come back in the summer. Well done, Owl's Nest!

Comfy home & great communication with property owners!

Very comfortable home that backed up to trees and basketball, tennis & playground areas. Lots of deer in the neighborhood, which was fascinating for the kids but very confusing for the dogs, lol. Easy to get to Tobyhanna State Park for kayaking and hiking. We took day trips over to the waterparks and shopping in Tannersville. In the evenings, we loved the pool table, darts, ping pong, deck, etc. Natalie was very good with communications before and during the stay - She reached out with lots of recommendations for the local area and quickly answered any questions we had. Thanks for a great visit to the Poconos!

Owls Nest Feedback

We elected to only stay one night as we were very disappointed in the facilities. See my email communication on Saturday for details.. Communication with Eric and follow up went as well as could be expected. He was responsive to our concerns and provided a small refund.
