## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed (queen size) ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is close to numerous public transport links.
There's also a bakery down the the street and few supermarkets (Auchan & Lidl) at less than 200 m from the building for your everyday needs.

Here are a few good addresses (bars, restaurants, leisure activities, attractions and tourist sites) that I recommend:
- Simonetta: pizzeria (remember to call for reservations, especially at weekends);
- Le Bréguet: French cuisine and a lovely terrace;
- Le Bellerive and next-door Le Bastringue: these are friendly neighborhood bars and restaurants;
- Adana: one of the best kebabs in Paris (best to take away to eat on the canal if the weather's nice);
- Yaya Secretan: very good modern Greek cuisine (a little more expensive);
- 25 degré Est: the upstairs terrace is very large and a great place for a drink in fine weather;
- L'Atalante: a beer bar with a regularly changing menu;
- La Cantine Bretonne: if you like crêpes, this is the place for you;
- Two MK2 cinemas are a 15-minute walk away;
- The Parcs de la Villette and des Buttes-Chaumont can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes;
- The Louvre Museum, Palais Garnier, Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral are just 30 minutes away by subway or bus; and much more...
