We had to wait a little extra time for check in, but otherwise the stay was perfect. Such a beautiful unit and it was near the metro, good coffee and lots of food. Extras like coffee pods and a comfy bed… we would definitely stay again!

Two blocks from Gard Nord, easy to reach from airport and for travelling around Paris. Restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores all easy walking distance. Small but airy, didn’t spend much time indoors. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great location and a clean, comfortable apartment

We loved the apartment and the location. Easy access to Gare de L'Est and Gare de Nord, lots of good and inexpensive places to eat, and there's a great market right around the corner. There's also a laundromat a couple of blocks away. I would have given it 5 stars, but the host was slow to respond (about 48 hours) when making arrangements to pick up the key, which caused unnecessary stress. Be aware that there's no lockbox or key code, so you will need to arrange in advance to meet at the apartment and get the key.

Magnifique!

Live like a real Parisian in this cozy studio apartment on garden level. Prime location to get around Paris. Unit features great shower, heated towels, comfy bedding (a real queen mattress, not two twins zipped together like in European hotels) and fully-appointed kitchen. A five-minute walk from the Gare du Nord-- 13Euros from CDG airport on train-- Metro, restaurants and shopping, including Aldi's and Marche San Quentin, a fun food hall. Twenty-minute walk to Galerie Lafayette and major shopping. Lively neighborhood with plenty of cuisine options.

Convenient location close to gare du nord

We loved stay at this little studio. It is 5 minutes walk from main train station if you are flying to Paris. It was quiet despite being close to busy streets. All descriptions and photos are accurate. The only negative is that property is managed by an agent so communication regarding payments was stressful. Also we had to wait over half an hour for a lady to let us inside despite advising ahead our time of arrival. Otherwise it’s nice place and we would stay again.

This was ideal for a couple travelling lightly. After being on a tour for two weeks, we were looking forward to unpacking; but there were no drawers or cabinets so had to use our suitcases. It was very clean. We were just two blocks from the train station and metro stop, which we used daily to get around Paris, which made it convenient. It is located in a multi-cultural neighborhood out from the center of the city. It was in an interior courtyard so was very quiet even though it was on a busy street. The host was waiting for us over an hour due to rain and traffic to open the studio apartment and give us the keys. We appreciated her being there and us not having to wait. She was helpful giving us info for various things. Since there is no AC, summer heat might be harder, although we were fine with the fan provided. It was very suitable for us, especially since we were sightseeing every day and had a nice place to which to come back.

5 minuten lopen vanaf Gare du Nord en Gare de l est. Naast het adres is een Afrikaans café, waar in de namiddag en avond veel mensen lawaaiig samenkomen. Maar je hoort in je appartement niets van de weg! Het ligt aan een schattig binnenpleintje. Het gebouw is oud, maar het appartement is mooi verbouwd. De foto's zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Het is netjes en redelijk schoon (niet naar de randjes en hoekjes kijken). Fijn bed- en linnengoed. We werden hartelijk opgewacht door Nina en de communicatie hierover verliep goed. Marche st Quentin op de hoek voor je verse boodschappen en verder genoeg kleine supermarktjes. Bistrot Le Titi Parisien op de hoek kunnen we aanbevelen. Enige min; als vrouw(en) alleen zou ik in deze wijk niet "s avonds laat over straat durven.

Nie wieder ein Apt., das von einer Agentur verwaltet wird!

Nach diesen Erfahrungen werden wir niemals wieder ein Apartment buchen, das von einer Agentur verwaltet wird. Alleine 15 Nachrichten per whatsapp plus diverse e-mails vor der Anreise und wir wussten trotzdem bis zur Ankunft in Paris nicht, ob unsere Buchung in Ordnung geht. Auf die Rückerstattung der Kaution haben wir fast 6 Wochen gewartet. Entspr. viele Nachrichten waren vorher nötig. Fewo wurde vor Anreise u. nach Abreise eingeschaltet, war aber sinnlos. Das Apt. war, wie beschrieben, allerdings störte das laute Schließen der Hauseingangs- u. der schweren Zwischentür im Hausflur, das auch wegen der schweren elektromechanischen Verriegelung nicht vermieden werden konnte. Auch das Apt. selbst ist zusätzlich noch durch eine Tür mit 6-fach-Verriegelung geschützt. Das Ganze ist wohl der Lage geschuldet. Das Apt. und das Haus waren sehr sauber u. der kleine Innenhof von der Concierge liebevoll mit Blumen u. anderen Pflanzen gestaltet. Vom Gare du Nord ist die Unterkunft zu Fuß in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, allerdings darf man im Dunkeln nicht allzu ängstlich sein; um es mal vorsichtig auszudrücken. Der penetrante Uringeruch auf dem Weg trägt auch nicht gerade dazu bei, das persönliche Sicherheitsgefühl zu stärken. Nach unseren Erfahrungen werden wir beim nächsten Besuch in Paris einiges anders machen.

Hay que tener mas cuidado con la limpieza del baño, y de la ropa de cama que aunque estaba limpia pero había manchas que no habían salido y eso no gusta la verdad. Las toallas de baño dependiendo de los días deberían dejarse dos juegos. Por lo demás todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Destacar la cama que es muy buena y con muy buen colchón
