We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The only issue for us was we were told we could enter the apartment early, but the key was not where it was supposed to be, and we had at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to help.

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing due to several issues. We waited 1.5 hours outside the apartment before someone finally arrived to help us get in. We immediately reported that a duvet was missing from one of the beds. The host said he would bring it "right away," but after 2 hours of waiting, I contacted him again and he simply ignored my message. I then contacted someone through the official platform, and he promised someone would come at 8 PM - but nobody showed up. He then told us to leave the key in the lockbox and the duvet would be there when we returned from dinner. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The apartment was extremely cold. We were provided with a portable heater, but this was not adequate for heating the entire space comfortably.Another concern, the apartment was very dusty, which significantly affected my asthma and made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, missing basic amenities, and cleanliness issues made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this property.

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing due to several issues: Check-in Problems: We waited 1.5 hours outside the apartment before someone finally arrived to help us get in. Missing Duvet: We immediately reported that a duvet was missing from one of the beds.
