The apartment was spacious for the four of us and has large closets to put away luggage. Clean and minimal. Comfortable beds and sheets. Minor improvement would be to have extra towels available and laundry detergent. These didn't take away from the overall experience. Would stay here again as it provided great security and was close to everything. The 11th is a great neighborhood.

The apartment is a great size with enough extra pillows and blankets for small to medium sized groups. The amenities are great, we were able to find everything we needed and it was clean. The 11th is a great location, out of the touristy areas a bit, quiet, and filled with great food but still close to multiple metro stops and sightseeing locations. Overall, we had a fabulous trip and the apartment was a perfect choice!

Good departmentEverything is well described and well equipped. There were three of us, which is fine, but no more.There's a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer, very practical, an iron, etc.The owner is very friendly and helpful.Thank you very much we had an excellent stay

Perfect place

This was a perfect apartment. It was around local hotspots but was also very close to every touristy spot you can think of. If I came back to Paris 10 times I would book here every time. The host was very nice and considerate, he gave us all the space we needed but also was there whenever we needed him. 10/10

Very quiet local neighborhood. Very close to metro. Access to main street nearby. Very secure access to apt. Remi was very responsive to questions/issues. Chandelier in main room had only 4 of 30 lights working and he brought over a new light to offset. Be aware two floor walk up in sometimes dimly lit spiral staircase. If any mobility issues you would have difficulties. Overall worked out well. And the king sized bed was very comfortable

Nice place!

The apartment was very nice & clean. Some minor changes from the pictures online (new curtains/chair etc, but nothing majorly different). Hosts were very nice! Remi & Hana texted us to set up time to get keys & instructions. Bit of a language barrier (English/French) but still smooth experience overall. The apartment is down a small gated side street that made it feel more secure than just on the main street that feels a tiny bit sketchier. Within walking distance of plenty of food/dessert options and easy bus/train rides to all the major tourist spots. It was great overall!

Would not stay in the middle of summer again

Unfortunately, I didn't realize the apartment does not have A/C until too late to cancel. So, my fault in that. It was a bit miserable for a couple of nights June 25-27 during a heat wave. There was one small-ish fan that we ran non-stop. It probably was fine the week after. No frills, the living room rug could use replacement, but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen amenities were limited, but we didn't really use them much. The bathroom space is pretty small and tight.The location was about a 10 minute walk to several different subway lines. It was about 30-40 minutes to get to any major sites.Communication in advance with Remi was really great - 5 stars on communication.

O anfitrião nos acolheu bem e prestou esclarecimentos mesmo após o checkin. Roupas de cama e banho conforme informado. Apartamento confortável e banheiro muito bom. Única ressalva para o apartamento estar no 2º andar e não possuir elevador, que dificulta o acesso com muitas malas. A localização é muito boa a 250 m da estação de metro Parmentier. Região com muitos mercados, padarias e restaurantes

L’appartement était idéal pour nous. Il est très bien situé, près du métro et dans un environnement calme. Nous avons senti une préoccupation du locateur pour le confort de ses invités. L'appartamento si trova in quartiere calmo e sicuro. Siamo uscite da sole (due donne) e siamo rientrate a notte fonda senza problemi perchè il quartiere era animato e ben illuminato. L'appartamento è proprio così come nelle foto, se possibile ancora più bello e confortevole. Dotato di tutti i confort. Lo stabile è tranquillo e gli abitanti sono amichevoli e gentili (il portiere ci salutava ogni mattina ed era sempre col sorriso sulla bocca,). Ricorderemo per sempre questo viaggio anche grazie all'appartamento. E speriamo un giorno di ritornarci e di trovarlo libero per la prossima occasione! Consigliatissimo!!!!

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant. Beaucoup d’options de restos délicieux à distance de marche. Les communications ont été facile et nous avons pu déposer nos bagages avant d’avoir les clés, ca que nous avons grandement apprécié! Le nettoyage de la salle de bain et du tapis n’était pas parfait, mais en général c’était correct. Le lit était confortable, cependant le divan lit n’était pas suffisamment grand pour 2 enfants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!
