Le Beauregard - Decines Charpieu
Furnished City Break accommodation ideally located in residential area, between town and country. Very close to Eurexpo (5.4 km), the golf course of Chassieu, the Stade des Lumières, St Exupery airport and a shopping district. Easily accessed (A43 motorway exit, East bypass road & public transports to Lyon nearby). This comfortable accommodation adjoins owners'house and has a direct outside access to lovely private garden with lawn and trees. Modern style decoration. Ground floor : living room (wood pellet stove), fitted kitchen area, lounge area, dining area. Small utility room (washing machine/tumble drier, 2nd fridge, oven). Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 : 2 single beds, extra bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangement) (bedroom 2 : double bed), shower room including WC. Cool/warm system in the living room & bedrooms. Glassed-in veranda (no heating), sheltered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Parking on the property for 1 vehicule + outside free parking area. Services on request : breakfast (short stays only, extra charge of 7€/person), cleaning once a week.
